한국에서 이미 결재 했는데. 호텔 카드 결재하시더라고요 그래서 제가 한국에서 이미 결재 했다고 영어 번역 어플 물어보니까, 이미 결재되었네요 다시 취소해드렸어요 귀여운 실수네요.ㅎㅎㅎ 깔끔하고 괜찮아요. 3인 방은 쇼파침대 편하지 않았어요 아쉽네요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Tudo ótimo. Limpeza, comodidades, refeições servidas, café da manhã. Quem se hospedar deve considerar que fica um pouco afastado do centro, mas facilmente atendido por transporte como uber e taxi.

The bathroom had shampoo and hand wash dripping off the bottles. A lot of noise in the corridor in the night and woken up few times. Breakfast time, the juice container was empty

Clean room and welcoming staff

Staff were really welcoming, room was clean, bathroom was good and shower water pressure also very good. Only thing that could have been improved was the lighting in the room, and ensuring that the breakfast was topped up as it was quite low at times, and for some reason the WiFi was working on my phone. But overall really good service. Thank you ☺️

Nice big room, clean warm and snuggly

The carpet in the bedroom was very badly stained

Rooms were spacious, only one tea bag in the room on our arrival and we had to leave a note for housekeeping requesting clean cups as they'd just been left soaking in the bathroom. Hard and soft pillows were provided but it was hard to tell the difference between the two. It's important to remember this is a 3 star and as such was clean and comfortable and provided a great location for us visiting friends and family with easy access to the motorway.
