The hotel common areas were beautiful but the hotel room itself was dated and run down. I requested two beds but they gave us one king. It was only one night as we flew out of Heathrow the next morning, so we didn’t bother asking for a change. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant was nice and the food was good. It was quiet and we felt safe. I probably wouldn’t book here again in the future as there are lots of options for hotels in the area.

Very convenient

Very nice hotel. Easy to get to from Heathrow via local buses. Friendly staff. Nice bar areas. We got a room upgrade and a couple of free drink vouchers.

The place is clean, comfortable, convenient for airport bus ,a little pricey but you got what you paid for

Overall good service but frustratingly the key cards were faulty so each return to our room meant a trip back down to reception to reactivate our card

Hotel was ok nothing above average, we booked and paid for the upgraded room only to be told by reception we had not, we had travelled from Canada so had no access to our email, once in the very small room we had access to email and being able to prove our booking, returning to the reception who still did not admit the error.... Seems a small error but the error added well over an hour to our check in which was unnecessary had the reception listened I do not recommend this Hotel and wiĺl not return.

Excellent reception staff and speed of check-in

This hotel earned its status. The facility is clean and accessible. The staff were wonderful and were able to find availability and check me in early.

Stayed overnight at the Radisson Blu Heathrow before an afternoon flight the next day. Check-in was smooth and efficient thanks to trainee Dhruti at the front desk, who was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great selection. Excellent choice for a convenient airport stay.

Was never given my VIP upgrade. Another big wedding another night of the fire alarm going off.

Very good staff and service. The hotel is a bit tired and needs major upgrades in rooms.

Dingy ground level room with noisy air conditions and twice during the evening someone tried to get into the room.

O QUARTO MUITO PEQUENO

Friendly helpful staff but a bit of confusion in restaurant with respect to taking our order etc Room was comfortable but almost zero water pressure Carpet in hallways needs to be replaced Patio outside restaurant (the tables) were not well maintained. Overall still good experience - just a few small details that could use some work.

We were encouraged to download the app and register on Radisson Blu site to enjoy discounts in the bar and restaurant; this we did... (it took some time) On checkout I asked if the discounts had been applied and we were told no! We had to request it before we signed our checks in the bars / restaurants. This is very disappointing as it should have been pointed out or we should have been asked if we were members when asking to sign the check. Otherwise the stay was good, however the barhroom in a superior room is very small. Also, I beleive there is the noise from the train/underground until late at night.

The staff were extremely helpful. They took my cases to the room and collected them for me as I had recently had an operation. The room was comfortable and having an arm chair and foot rest was great . I also enjoyed having a small fridge where I could keep milk. The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. This is an ideal hotel to stay at and so convenient for Heathrow Airport.
