Lovely Novotel. The room was small for a family of four, but everything else was excellent.

Staff were excellent. Well trained. Extra shout out for Victoria who was very welcoming and did her job very well

Easy stay.

2 night stay as part of wider trip - good parking and really well presented hotel - 25 minute walk into town which is very easy. handily placed for Commonwealth Cemetary and Normandy Museam

I was surprised that there was no safe in my room for valuables.

Faulty Aircon No mugs/cups just paper cups. Uncomfortable single beds

Great hotel, good location, nice and clean, swimming pool was fantastic would thoroughly recommend

A great spot to stay in Normandy

Great hotel. It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Restaurant was very good and a nice breakfast buffet. Also location and parking were convenient.

Beds are hard. Basic accommodations. I need a small refrigerator for medication and they don’t have any in the rooms they had to store it for me extremely inconvenient. The rooms were clean but the air conditioning does not work the rooms were very hot no air flow. Not enough towels in the room had to request them.

Very good to visit war cemetery and tapestry. Can walk into town from one hotel if you want

The room was a good size and comfortable. There was a large beautiful lawn and pool, with trees all around, so it was nice to.sit outside. The breakfast buffet was excellent; we weren't as impressed with dinner choices. Cod slightly undercooked, steak very rare,sent back and theyy just charred outisde, still rare.

Most importantly, the staff at the front desk and particularly in the dining areas were competent and personable. Our dinners were delicious and our breakfasts good. The rooms were clean with uninspired furnishings. The toilet was in a room separate from the sink and shower. For some I'm sure it's appreciated. For us, an undesirable layout.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Excellent staff and great amenities. Great breakfast as well.
