A mejorar la iluminacion del baño

Recepcionistas maravillosos. Sobre todo un chico con pelo rapado por la mañana El desayuno muy bien, pero no quedaba claro las opciones y habia algunas personas atendiendo un poco bruscas. La habitacion bien. El albornoz agradeceria dieran opcion a talla grande para que todo le mundo pudiera usar

Hôtel bien placé et accueillant avec un petit déjeuner sympa et les chambres aussi. Mais la literie était un peu bruyante ainsi que l’environnement général.

Todo muy bien,sitio súper limpio yameno muy confortable su habitación como sugerencia estaría bien que renovaran un poco los Televisores ya que no son Smart y no se tienen una opción tan amplia de entretenimiento

Un 10!!! Me quedé una noche, ya que el día siguiente tenía la media y muy muy recomendable! Se preocuparon mogollón por nosotras y pedimos cena especial y nos la hicieron y aparte de eso nos dejaron quedarnos hasta 14:00 para poder ducharnos después de la carrera. Volvería sin duda ninguna!!!

Hotel con una situación muy buena, delante de la catedral. Moderno, funcional, cama cómoda y habitación muy correcta. Restaurante aconsejable, con una buena relación precio y calidad. Tiene parking. Personal muy amable. Sin duda una muy buena opción para visitar Vitoria

Nice place but walls are super thin. You hear everything if you have a room next to elevator, your neighbours or if there is someone talking on the floor The view outside my room was amazing though

Habitación, baño y personal bien, pero la verdad que había una boda y en el séptimo piso se escuchaba la juerga que tenían en la planta baja.

Muy céntrico y en una zona muy bonita.

Instalaciones muy buenas. Zona segura pero Estacionamiento limitado en cupo.

The bathroom was very small and dated. The service in the cafeteria was terrible. Every time you wanted a drink or some thing, You had to go down to reception and ask for someone to serve us. Overall not a good visit. We have stayed in NH Hotels many times and this was not up to their usual standards Nice view from the bedroom though

ビルバオ空港からバスで移動して来ましたが、バスターミナルからホテルまでの交通機関はバスとトラムがあり、アクセスに困ることはありませんでした。 ビルヘン・ブランカ広場へは徒歩で10分くらいで、周辺のタパスバーやレストランに行くのにも便利なロケーションです。 フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋も清潔でした。冷蔵庫があったのは嬉しかったけど、お湯を沸かすポットがあれば尚良かったです。 唯一の欠点はエアコンが作動しなかったこと。スイッチは入っているのに全く作動しませんでした。 お風呂上がりのドライヤータイムに持参していたハンディファンでしのいだ以外は、窓を開けて自然の風で丁度良かったので、特にレセプションには問い合わせませんでした。

We stayed for one night. Car park is very small, but the gentlemen on reception made a great effort to secure us a parking slot.
