Clean room, staff is amazing!! Beach view is breathtaking and the ocean is super relaxing

Smooth and efficient check in and room was ready before mid-day. Staff were excellent explaining the amenities offered in the hotel and also throughout our stay. Fantastic room with an unrestricted view of the Med. We will definitely be back to Zel Mallorca, just wish we had booked for longer!

My room did not have a beach view , but the view outside the hotel was completely stunning, can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel. Great service. Conveniently located by taxi approximately 20 min to Palma city center. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on strip you can walk. Restaurant in hotel is delicious. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Beach front property- but no beach lounge chairs that belong to hotel- you need to rent them separately.

had a bit of problems of the arrival as they reserved the wrong room for me but after a night and adjustmente they made worth. it’s my second year in Zel and i would definitely come back

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was great everything on point, a great venue with great service this year same good venue however service was generally slow and not good. check in took over an hour and then on check out they charged me for the wrong room number when received online invoice and it was over £700 after sending many emails complaining and seeking cooperation to amend this issue ive had nothing sorted and just one email saying we are looking into this now we are a week and a half off check out. I mean how hard is it to see wrong names to wrong check ins and clients paying incorrectly and putting this right? clearly very hard and all after a check in that took over an hour in heat not ideal. shame because the hotel is nice but the service does not match it.

Also die putzfrauen wahren top,wurde 2 mal täglich geputzt...auch das personal wahr sehr gut,auch als wir mit unserem zimmer ein problem hatten,hatten sie uns für eine nacht eine anderes zimmer gegeben,und für den 2 abend,wiederum ein anderes.weill es halt nur so ging,wahr ein bisschen blöd da wir ein kleines kind haben,mussten halt immer das ganze zeug und die koffer wieder einpacken.Aber dafür konnten sie ja nichts dafür.

Super disappointing to have to rewrite this review. We were so excited about our stay at Zel Mallorca - the property is great, the staff are super friendly and it is overall a wonderful hotel. The issues we experienced were really disappointing - the hotel had no Wi-Fi or working entertainment for us for over five days. They tried many times to fix it, but unfortunately it was a massive outage. They promised us they would compensate for the inconvenience. And kept pushing the conversation back till the end of our 10 days when they came back and said they would do nothing. Legally and morally they handled it very poorly, and we left with such a horrible taste from the management. Once they got their full stay out of us they went back on their word, didn’t offer a single bill or credit for the inconvenience. I don’t trust a hotel group of that caliber that don’t value what they say ro customer or even try do the right thing when they fault. Too many other beautiful and high end hotels to choose from on the island - I would pick another if I had the choice. Concierge is also hopeless. They couldn’t get us a single reservation at a single restaurant. And we ended up having to do everything else which defeats the purpose of being at a hotel with that service. The area is also incredibly touristy and tacky.

For the price this hotel isn’t worth it. Nice modern property with extremely average service. Takes so long to check in and orders either take a long time or don’t come at all

Service was at the lowest ever experienced, staff was rude and had zero clue what service is. Rooms are nice, sadly the state of this Melia seems like one hand does not know what the other is trying to do, trying is the word to hang on too, they have ZERO guest service. Worst ever check in - onmy ever peaking with the agressive version upon check out, status is failed and worse then you can imagine - with 100+ travel days a year - this is an all times worst.!!!

The style of the property is gorgeous. Friendly staff and quick service. Hotel breakfast & dinner is outrageously good. Great vibe/atmosphere. Will stay again. Only a 2 person occupancy per room though, unless you’re traveling with a child below 11 years old.
