전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hôtel Korner Opéra

수많은 호텔을 이용했지만 이렇게 엉망인 곳은 처음이다. 호텔리어들은 전혀 전문성이 없어보였다. 그냥 동네 여관 느낌인 겉만 뻔뻔스럽게, 내부 공사(리모델링)만 한 호텔 같다. 휴지걸이 망가져서 덜렁덜렁 화장실 세면대 수전 덜렁렁덜렁 뭐 하나 온전히 붙어있는 게 없다. 1. 엘리베이터 고장 처음부터 불안했다. 하강할 때 엄청 심한 진동과 소음이 있었는데 결국… 머무는 4일내내 7층(한국층 8층)을 걸어다녔다. 2. 외부소음/오래된 건물이라 그런가, 외부에서 유입되는 소음이 엄청나다. 도로변이 아닌 건물 안쪽의 방을 배정받았음에도 팬이 돌아가는 소리부터 간헐적으로 물리적인 소음이 계속 유입된다. 건물 자체가 방음이 안된다. 3. 방 청소문제/ 침구류를 정리하면 끝이 아니다. 바닥 청소 전혀 안되어있었다. 알 수 없는 긴 여자 머리카락부터 모래등등, 가구나 책상에 소복이 쌓인 먼지 4. 호텔 안내와 달리 방에 아무것도 없다. 전기 포트도 없고, 커피나 티를 마실 수 있는 컵 조차 구비되어있지 않았다. 5. 그리고 방이 엄청~ 작고 좁다.(더블룸 기준) 6. 애매한 가격의 호텔 예약할바에 그냥 한인민박 가서 한식 먹고 편히 쉬자.

어떤 문의에도 빠르고 친절하게 응대해주는 직원들이 좋았어요 :) 3인실은 공간도 넓고 난발도 아주 잘 되었습니다!

It was much better than expected! A spacious triple room, great service with smiles, great location to walk around the main tour attractions with bus and metro stops within a five-minute walk.

전반적으로 가성비 괜찮은 곳입니다 조식은 평범하구요 직원들은 친절해요 노동절엔 시위한다고 어디갈껀지물어보고 안다니는 교통편이나 못가는곳들도 안내해줬구요 다만 샤워실에서 냄새가 좀 났고 방음이 좀 부실합니다 라파예트까지 걸어서 10~15분 정도위치고 다닐때 위험한건 못느꼈어요

파리에서 지낸 비슷한 가격의 호텔 중에서 가장 마음에 들었어요. 치안도 나쁘지 않고 엘리베이터가 있어서 편했어요. 오페라 하우스에서 걸어서 15분거리여서 공항에서 루아시버스 타고 바로 도착할 수 있었어요. 방도 굉장히 넓었고 욕실도 욕조, 샤워공간, 변기가 따로 있어서 굉장히 넓었어요.

Was a fantastic location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would be 5 stars but the air conditioning was not working and very warm temperatures outside. Overall a great stay.

Close to food options

Værelset meget lille, med 140cm dobbeltseng. Næsten ikke mulighed for at åbne en stor kuffert. Og et lille badeværelse. Aircondition defekt. Så varmt i 27-30 gr. Reception service meget fint/venlige. Fri vand/juice og kaffe 24/7 - fint. Morgenbuffet: Ok… fint udvalg. Men gamle frugter, og kun kolde hårdkogte æg. Men mulighed for selv at koge friske æg.👌 - ellers ganske fint. Selvbetjening, men fint udvalg, klassisk fransk.

Would be a better stay with air condition on the room. Good location.

We booked hotel with A/C, but A//C was not working, temperature was 38 degrees, very uncomfortable.

The room AC does not work. Receptionist could not assist on getting manager on the phone. Only gave us a fan that barely worked. Told receptionist we need an additional fan because it was 97 f degrees and we were not given an additional fan. We were not even offer complimentary water! Rooms are very small. No fridge! Or safe. Feel more like a bed and breakfast. Not hotel. No help from the one staff they have on site. Elevator is so small barely two ppl got in it. It’s in a good location. Parking lot across the streets but the hotel it self not work it

Super Lage, schönes Zimmer (wenn auch sehr klein).

Air condition was not working. asked several times to fix it but no response.

No ac when we stayed and it was a heatwave. No easy access to water. Nice room. Great neighborhood.

No Air conditioning. Advertised with AC, but showed up and AC was not working. 2 days without AC. Shower leaked a lot of water on the bathroom floor because not properly sealed. Trash from the previous customer in the trash can.

The location is great. It was a heat wave in Europe, 90-100 degrees. The hotel did not have air condition:(. The rooms are very small, but most places in Europe are smaller than in the US. They transferred us after one night to a different location. They had air conditioning but was farther from the center.

Air conditioning system hasn’t worked since May. Wasn’t aware of this until we checked in. We had to stay one night and the hotel agreed to refund two night of three and gave us a 30% discount on the night we were forever to stay. Had to find alternate accommodations in Paris at a much higher cost.

AC not working. Unfriendly staff. Expedia customer service not willing to help.

I’ve traveled for years to Europe for work and fun. I’ve stayed in 5 star and nice boutique hotels. I was traveling with my daughter and her husband so I looked for nice but less expensive hotels to book 2 rooms. This hotel was terrible. I extra looked for AC and an elevator. The AC was broken, the room was small but worse than a hostel! A small rack to hang a few things, no shelves, no place to open our suitcases, no night stands, no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. The staff was nice but I’ll never stay here again or recommend it!
