Hôtel dégoutant! Pleins de tâches sur les porte de la salles de bain et sur les mur, lumière briser, congélateur tellement geler que la porte du frigo ne fermais plus (j'y était pour un suivie de fertilité chez OVO, on ma dit de juste mettre mes médicament à l'accueil comme le frigo ne fonctionnais pas LOL).. restant de Coca-Cola des occupants avant nous, des cheveux partout dans la salle de bain, très poussièreux mais le PIRE c'était sans aucun doute les petite fourmis qui se promenais le long du mur sous le bureau de travail. Le seul positif était que les employés étaient gentils et que c'était tranquille.

I stayed at this hotel recently. I left the clean room sign on the door, but housekeeping seemed confused and flipped it to “do not disturb” without cleaning the room. Also, there was no ice available during my stay. Overall, the service needs improvement.

Staff were friendly, quick check in. Bed was comfortable. Great self parking options. Close to metro which was important to us as we were using it for the weekend. Did not try the restaurant. Enjoyed the outdoor heated pool as well. Thanks for another great stay!

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. When we first checked in, our room had a huge stain that clearly had not been cleaned properly. Staff attempted to clean it but couldn’t remove it, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse there were ants all over the floor and even in the bed. When we went to the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. To make matters worse, the employee actually said, “At least it’s not bed bugs,” as if that somehow made the situation acceptable. We were unable to comfortably stay in the room because of the infestation and felt completely dismissed by staff. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to properly resolve the issue made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was well equipped and clean. Our room faces the pool and was surprisingly quiet.

Place was fairly clean, carpets in room need an upgrade or replace with hardwood.

The foyer is large. Check in and check out process was very easy. Staff was great, very welcoming. Rooms were clean. No concerns. There's a self serve sauna in the basement and I tried it, it was good. Otherwise the rest of the amenities I did not try. I am very pleased with the price and my stay here. Not really downtown, so I had to Uber 20-30 min to get to downtown but not bad. Definitely a car friendly hotel. Lots of parking.

I go to Montreal several times a year and I always stay a Ruby Foos. The prices are great, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and it's conveniently located to multiple detitanations like downtown, the west end, the west island to name a few. It is close to multiple restaurants and the new Royalmount Mall, and with the addition of Ben & Florentine restaurant to the property that serves breakfastr and lunch, makes Ruby Foos even more convenient. Parking is also free.

The distance to the rooms and the aging infrastructure were issues. I am 73 and it was a very long walk to the elevator. The lack of a restaurant for dinner on site was unexpected. The cover fell off the heater/air conditioner mid way through the night which was startling. And the toilet was running. I fixed it once during the night by taking the lid off the tank and resetting the chain but once was enough. I did report it when I checked out early morning.

La personne a l’accueil était polie mais pas très souriante. La chambre était bien pour le prix. C’était propre et j’ai bien dormi.

Light sockets were hanging lose in the bathroom over the sink. Sign in bathtub suggesting visitors use the rubber mat, but no rubber mat. The Keurig coffee maker was malfunctioning and did not make a cup of coffee. I mentioned all this to the concierge at the front desk, she just looked at me and wrote down 2 of the 3 issues and then ignored me. The room was otherwise comfortable and clean. The location was great for my needs and close to all the areas I needed to visit.
