Hotel de niveau 2 étoiles

Toute la nuit j’ai eu du bruit dans le couloir de ma chambre par des clients non respectueux du sommeil des autres. J’ai appelé 4 fois la réception sans aucune réponse. La personne devait dormir elle! Dommage car c’est un bel hôtel.
