룸 조명이 편안한 조명은 아니었고 침대헤드쪽 충전은 USB만 가능하고 침대는 불편해서 깊은잠을 잘수 없었어요..전체적으로 편안하지 않아 다음에는 이용하지 않을꺼에요.

Lovely room nice restaurant friendly staff and really good breakfast

The rooms look tired and needs a refurb especially when charging top rates. Breakfast was a complete failure. We sat and waited for over an hour for what was a simple order. We had to leave and request a refund. Receptionist was great and understood why we were unhappy

Good hotel for the price no problems.

The staff were helpful in every way - my late arrival, processing car parking, scrumptious and generous breakfast. The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The location perfect.

Lovely hotel

Lighting was poor, check in was v slow, room service order was wrong (albeit fixed), no usefully placed plugs. The whole place felt tired and not like other Malmaison where I have stayed

Nice and clean hotel. Room was clean and bed comfortable. breakfast was very good. Price very reasonable especially as it was full breakfast with the room.

Staff not very engaged or helpful at check-in. Hotel generally a bit ‘tired’ Lots of building work going on and workmen were intrusive, impolite - e.g. jumping into lift we had been waiting for, passing comments. Waiter ignored us when we arrived at Bistro, not even a nod to acknowledge we were waiting. Food mediocre.

lovely staff, clean room. no spa facilities due to maintenance which was a shame but overall the hotel is very nice

Great central location, though getting to the car park could be tricky. Room was large, clean and well thought out. Bathroom good do with a little TLC.
