The hotel itself was fairy good to spend one night. However, the service of staff was not very satisfying. I booked the taxi to the train station through the reception but the taxi didn’t show up. I was almost likely to miss the train and i had to go to the station by food in the extremely hot weather... They should have checked the reservation with the taxi driver and let it ready on time.

I think it is the best location in Epernay! There are a lot of restaurants, bars and famous champagne house near the hotel. Room condition is not bad..

깨끗하고 편했어요. 직원도 친절하고. 하루 숙박은 주차도 무료라고 하네요~ 위치도 레스토랑이 몰려있는 곳에 중심가에 있어서 편했어요.

샴페인으로 유명한 Epernay의 중심에 위치하고 있으며, 주위에 유명한 식당과 grocery store등이 위차하고 있음. 모에 샹동과 유명한 샴페인하우스가 위치한 샴페인거리가 5분 거리에 위치하고 있음.

Mycket prisvärt hotell med bra läge i mitten av Champagne

Fint hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed. Morgenmaden var ok. Parkeringskælder tæt på. Centralt beliggende.

Central beliggenhed. Vi havde et meget lille værelse til 3 personer. Toilet/bad var småt men rent.

Första rummet hade ingen fungerade A/C, fläkten lät men det kom ingen luft från ventilationen, det tyckte personen var fungerande A/C. Efter långt samtal så fick vi nytt rum där fläkten fungerade men det kom knappt någon kyla. Kompisen som bodde på våningen över hade fungerande A/C. Vi fick inte att prata med chefen då dom kunde bara ringa till henne om det brinner. Så personen i receptionen bara rykte på axlarna och sa vi har inga rum lediga och kan inte göra något.

The AC during the heatwave was barely keeping the room at about 80 F. Otherwise it was okay

Great location. Easy walk from the train and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Basic room but clean.

OK hotel. Nothing fancy, it is Ibis so it’s basic. The location is very good with parking close by which you need to pay for. The breakfast was very good.
