The hotel itself was fairy good to spend one night. However, the service of staff was not very satisfying. I booked the taxi to the train station through the reception but the taxi didn’t show up. I was almost likely to miss the train and i had to go to the station by food in the extremely hot weather... They should have checked the reservation with the taxi driver and let it ready on time.

I think it is the best location in Epernay! There are a lot of restaurants, bars and famous champagne house near the hotel. Room condition is not bad..

깨끗하고 편했어요. 직원도 친절하고. 하루 숙박은 주차도 무료라고 하네요~ 위치도 레스토랑이 몰려있는 곳에 중심가에 있어서 편했어요.

샴페인으로 유명한 Epernay의 중심에 위치하고 있으며, 주위에 유명한 식당과 grocery store등이 위차하고 있음. 모에 샹동과 유명한 샴페인하우스가 위치한 샴페인거리가 5분 거리에 위치하고 있음.

Ganz tolles Frühstück mit wenigen aber qualitativ hochwertigen regionalen Produkten! Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis . Hotel ist zentral gelegen

The rooms are not soundproof , I would be over the phone at 7pm and having neighbours next door knock on the walls apparently saying it’s too loud? Also no heating

Zimmer sind funktional,sauber, aber klein. Innenstadt Lage optimal. Prima ist die Garage unmittelbar am Hotel. Es gibt 3tages-Tickets für 25 EUR. Man kann beliebig oft raus und rein fahren . Ebenfalls sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist der Topper auf der Matratze, der diese sehr bequem macht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen!

Clean room, comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and simple check-out. Would stay again.
