Good

Besseres Hotel für französische Verhältnisse. Große Zimmer möglich für Familien. Parken ist kostenlos vor und hinter dem Hotel möglich. Frühstück "english breakfast" und französische Süßspeisen. Mitarbeiter können ausreichend englisch. Location ist im Zentrum der Stadt.

Très bien

Personnel d’accueil agréable. Personnel d’entretien bruyant. Ma chambre n’a pas été refaite alors que je me suis absentée de 14h le 31à 1h le 1er janvier. C’est la première fois que je vis cela dans un 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner médiocre

Personne a l'accueil peu souriante qui ne comprends pas que si c'est déjà débité de mon compte c'est que c'est déjà payé et que je n'ai pas a payer une seconde fois. Puis incapable de trouver les tarifs des boissons dans le mini bar

Very helpful and polite staff. Very clean rooms . Good value lodging. The breakfast was terrific.

Bon séjour mais hôtel a rénover

The room was clean and well appointed. I liked that I could walk to a restaurant or a bar in a few minutes. The people were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Hotel vieillissant mais confortable. Les menuiseries sont vétuste et donc laisse passer le vent (Bruit). Le gros points négatifs est le bar en dessous de l'hotel. Les gens en terrasse font un bruit infernale jusqu'à plus d'1h de matin ce qui est parfaitement insupportable... Si vous réservez, il est impératif de demander une chambre très très éloignée de ce bar.

The Mercure of Saint Lo is in a great location. It is easy to walk the city. The staff is friendly and proactive. The room was clean.

Convenience and walkability

Hotel très confortable, très bien situé. Seul bémol: mauvaise insonorisation, Bar à tapas "La plage" situé sous l'hotel, un bruit infernal jusqu'à 2h du matin TOUS LES SOIRS de la semaine !!!! Des boules quies sont mis a disposition sur la table de nuit... Un peu bizarre pour un hotel de ce standing...

Good be location and good hotel. Only criticism would be service. The breakfast area was not prepared when we went down late for a breakfast as a coach party had just left. We had to sort our own table and somethings had to be requested. They appeared to be short staffed!!

OK hotel for nogle få overnatninger. Morgenmad er middelmådig, men går an.

Hôtel quelque peu vieillissant. Cadre agréable.

Séjour agréable ,petit bemole pas de climatisation dans la chambre et le dimanche soir pas de restauration à l'hotel .
