I hope we have some bath gel and shampoo next visit, feeling uncomfortable washing hair with solid soap. Fortunately, there is conditioner provided. Without kettle and teabags for tea lovers, only coffee maker for coffee lovers, surprise that there is a microwave, for some hot water. Overall, room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast good, air con cool..........will come back next time.

Breakfast not so good

One of the worst experiences with checking into a hotel, we will never stay here again which is unfortunate because the hotel and breakfast was good. Front desk was horrible. The older lady working in breakfast is an angel, the only employee that has any sort of idea on how to be working in hospitality.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately restaurant closed early that night and the pool was closed for repairs.

Very noisy room next to Freeway

Check-in was slow even though we were the only guests at the time. Room was clean, breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, no waffles but sad pancakes and eggs. We’ve stayed at many BW, the breakfasts are usually much better.

Very good accommodation. However, we had trouble understanding how to make the tub taps work.

The room was clean and breakfast was really good. Pool was out of order. It would have been great if we were notified of this in advance so we could make alternate arrangements as this was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel.

Nice and quiet. Close to hospital

Good clean rooms, great breakfast, nice staff.....only downside were the pillows......just need better pillows lol

Great little hotel. The staff were honestly the stars of the show! Very hospitable and even let me borrow a phone charger for my stay! 10/10
