좋은 위치와 청소가 잘되서 좋았습니다. 또한 직원들이 친절해서 인상 깊었습니ㅡㅏ.

숙소가 살짝 작은듯 하지만 만족했습니다.

주차장을 들어갈때도 카드를 찍어야하고, 엘레베이터에서 층수를 누를때도 카드를 찍어야하는 불편함. 성인 3인이라 큰 침대1 작은침대1였는데 작은침대가 소파겸침대였음. 소파침대를 펴면 굉장히 좁음. 직원들은 친절했음. 레스토랑에서 시킨 리조또는 별로였음.

Another spur of the moment drive and we end up in Switzerland. Location is just of highway and convenient to lake. We usually are prepped for weekend trips with our snacks, homemade musubis and instant ramen bowls with of handy hot water kettle we keep in the car. Always looking for a bargain with great reviews. Breakfast was great, all the typical menu items. Recommended

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung

Bis auf das Parkieren, mit einem grossen Lieferwagen, hat alles bestens geklappt. Es wurde aber auch für diese Herausforderung eine Lösung gefunden. Ich werde bei diesem Hotel wieder buchen.

Chambre un peu petite, mais propre. personnel courtois. mais pas forcement présent à notre arrivée. Il a fallu attendre que la personne de l'accueil arrive. On est un peu perdu la première fois

It was a disaster! We got to our initial assigned room, just to find out that the A/C wouldn’t turn on at all. Then we got a new room…where the fan turned on, but later found out that the A/C never got cold. We were there for 5 nights and had to sleep with the windows open…and got bitten by mosquitoes. The bathroom light didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. And here’s the kicker: We asked that no one enter the room while we were staying there. We even confirmed this with the person who checked us in 3 times. We always left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door. Then, after coming back at the end of one day, we were shocked to see that the maid had entered the room, moved ALL our valuable things just to make the bed, and hung the dirty towels that were on the floor back up on the hooks. We were furious…but the same guy who had originally checked us in was so rude and couldn’t care less. He then proceeded to tell me that had they have a policy where the room has to be cleaned at least every 3 days….something that he NEVER told me, even after confirming with him originally on 3 occasions. If I had known that, we would have left right away. I demanded all our money back, but apparently there are no managers working on the weekends….hmmm…maybe this is the problem…shouldn’t the managers be there to oversee their incompetent staff on the 2 busiest days of the week??? It’s best that no one EVER stay here!
