숙소가 살짝 작은듯 하지만 만족했습니다.

주차장을 들어갈때도 카드를 찍어야하고, 엘레베이터에서 층수를 누를때도 카드를 찍어야하는 불편함. 성인 3인이라 큰 침대1 작은침대1였는데 작은침대가 소파겸침대였음. 소파침대를 펴면 굉장히 좁음. 직원들은 친절했음. 레스토랑에서 시킨 리조또는 별로였음.

It was a disaster! We got to our initial assigned room, just to find out that the A/C wouldn’t turn on at all. Then we got a new room…where the fan turned on, but later found out that the A/C never got cold. We were there for 5 nights and had to sleep with the windows open…and got bitten by mosquitoes. The bathroom light didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. And here’s the kicker: We asked that no one enter the room while we were staying there. We even confirmed this with the person who checked us in 3 times. We always left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door. Then, after coming back at the end of one day, we were shocked to see that the maid had entered the room, moved ALL our valuable things just to make the bed, and hung the dirty towels that were on the floor back up on the hooks. We were furious…but the same guy who had originally checked us in was so rude and couldn’t care less. He then proceeded to tell me that had they have a policy where the room has to be cleaned at least every 3 days….something that he NEVER told me, even after confirming with him originally on 3 occasions. If I had known that, we would have left right away. I demanded all our money back, but apparently there are no managers working on the weekends….hmmm…maybe this is the problem…shouldn’t the managers be there to oversee their incompetent staff on the 2 busiest days of the week??? It’s best that no one EVER stay here!

Basic but clean and quiet place. Surprisingly fantastic restaurant options within a 5 min walk. Good place to stay if you have business / family / acquaintances very nearby. Not a great place if you want to explore Lausanne (kind of far from the downtown area).

Typisches Ibis-Hotel. Man weiss, was man bekommt. Die nahegelegene Strasse ist ziemlich laut. Sonst alles wie erwartet. Liegt im Industriegebiet von Crissier. 10 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Crissier

Service und Auskunft an der Rezeption sehr gut, freundlich zuvorkommend. Ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - empfehlenswert. public transport Anbindung in kurzer Gehentfernung

Keine minibár, kein Mülleimer und kein Safe im Zimmer. Fenster undicht und schrecklich laut, im zweiten Stock hat man abends die Menschen auf der Strasse reden gehört.

Bon hotel Bien situé Je recommande

In kind of an industrial area at the edge of town more of a freeway stop than a destination. The staff was delightful, parking was convenient and free, the room was clean. This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner didn’t turn on (maybe too early) so it was sit in a hot stuffy smoky room or let in the smoke with the fresh air all night. In the morning the shower was nice and the staff at the restaurant were kind.

Des travaux tout autour de l’hôtel compliquent l’existence lorsqu’on est à pieds et qu’on veut se rendre au centre de conférences. L’hôtel est aussi en travaux à l’intérieur. Petit dej et restaurant très bien.
