왜 4성급 호텔인지 모르겠습니다. 2~3성급 수준의 room condition과 amenity 였습니다. 조식의 품질도 매우 poor했습니다. 다만 직원들은 아주 친절하고 상냥했습니다

지하철역이 가까워 접근성이 좋습니다.

플릭스버스타야해서 선택한 호텔,,작지만 깨끗하고 있을거 다 있고 괜찮았어요!!주변 인프라도 괜찮고 버스도 앞에있고 최후의만찬보러 가는데 68번버스도 가까이 있고 전혀 기대에 없던 조식이 가격대비 좋았어요!!

It was good overall and cozy but the room is rather small size andvthe breakfast was good as simple but enough.

I spent four nights at this hotel. Milan was our first stop and we began our journey with this hotel. Service was good. A receptionist, Martina, she provided customer service that was above and beyond. Would like to give five star and A+ for her service. However, the condition of the room was not so good. Bathroom smelled bad, bed sheets were not clean, and the towels had a distinctive odor. After the first night, I got red bug bites all over my body and face (literally everywhere, on every parts of my body). Cleaning should be improved in so many different ways. Breakfast is worth 5euros with good selections of food. A+ for a customer service. Martina was amazing.

Punti positivi: Posizione pazzesca e comodissima, personale molto gentile e cortese. Punti negativi: Per essere un b&b 4☆ direi di no, camera veramente vecchie e tenute male per non parlare del bagno. Letto molto scomodo e insonorizzazione inesistente. Colazione diciamo passabile, sicuramente non da 4☆.

We received a complimentary upgrade to comfort rooms with ‘renovated bathrooms’. Our shower had a bad drainage and water was overflowing and covering the entire bathroom and getting outside. We did visit Milan during an extreme heatwave, but the airco was far too loud and just barely enough to cool a room when you’re sitting (or lying) still. The rooms were too small. The breakfast was ok, again had just enough choice, but nothing we would come back to. The staff were very kind.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff.

Perfect location for hotel for a match at San Siro.

Très bien situé pour se déplacer avec l’aide du métro… Ligne directe pour aller au dôme.

Café da manhã incrível e boa localização. mas não funcionava o ar condicionado e o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido.

All amazing

Comfortable and clean accomodation, great location for accessing city centre and san siro stadium. Also on site parking was v helpful for an early morning drive to Malpensa airport. Staff were very helpful even after we left, when I thought we’d lost an important item, I contacted the hotel and they made every effort to find it (turned out it was actually buried in our suitcase all along, but I was v impressed at the effort they made)
