old place. tv is 20 years old and the hot tub was not working. would not stay there again.

The Property was in poor condition. There was a broken window on the ground floor that went into the stairwell that was only covered by carboard. The shower in our room had a huge crack in it with mold and rust everywhere. The sheets on both beds were worn, with holes in them. There were a lot of Homeless people hanging around the back of the property where the pool is.

Given the reviews saying how excellent this hotel is, I was very disappointed. It looks like it used to be a nicer hotel but is in disrepair. It was dirty and things were broken throughout the hotel. We had a bad experience with other guests being extremely loud (there were multiple families with young children running up and down the halls between room screaming and no parents to be seen). Movement from the upstairs room was very loud like they were stomping around (I am pretty sure they were not but it just sounded like it). In the morning the tiny breakfast room was packed with all the little kids for an hour until it closed so we just left to get breakfast somewhere else. Overall, I would not recommend.

Clean rooms great freindly staff

LOVE THIS PLACE!! The staff is wonderful bonnie the front desk clerk was very professional and very accommodating she was super nice and helped me rebook after hotels com, put me on hold for an hour and wouldnt helpme she made it much easeier to figure it out the rooms very clean and smelled nice .. , not from here and it's close to all things of places to eat and things to do as well

Everything was in good shape and the hotel charmingly decorated for halloween staff wonderful

The room was ok. But the cockroaches were a nice surprise. And sitting on the couch made me feel itchy during my so called sleep

Staff was not that helpful. Phone and reading lights did not work bathroom shower not convenient. Refrigerator has no light and all frozen

Not greeted by staff first, rather we were greeted by a couple of prostitutes. One actually stationed at the front door. Not all guests are travelers. Beware.

We chose Comfort Inn because we were sure we would have a comfortable stay during our long trip. At first, everything looked fine – the room was clean, and we expected to relax. However, our experience was far from comfortable. The biggest problem was the extremely poor soundproofing in the hotel. We could hear constant noise from the corridors, which disturbed our rest. From around 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM, new guests were checking in upstairs (we stayed on the first floor). It was very loud – people were walking heavily, and we could not sleep at all during that time. This completely ruined our night. In addition, when we moved the sofa closer to the bed for our daughter’s safety, we found a large amount of trash underneath it. That was very disappointing. The bathroom amenities were also inadequate – the shampoo and conditioner bottles were extremely small, and there was no shower gel provided at all. Breakfast was probably the best part of our stay. It was tasty and quite good overall. Parking was also convenient, with plenty of spaces available. Still, we expected to rest with comfort, but unfortunately, that did not happen. We slept very poorly and felt absolutely tired the next day. We also believe that, since the hotel did not look fully booked, the staff could have arranged rooms in a way that would avoid placing noisy guests directly above us. Overall, our stay was unpleasan.

Spacious room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and nice towels.

The staff checking us in, was very nice. When we got up to our rooms and got us and our girls ready for bed, we noticed a red stain on our mattress, went down to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms and was told that they were sold out. They did not offer to come and change the bed, but I did ask if I could have additional Sheets just to remake it myself. But overall, I would not stay at this place again.

Nice staff

I got in to Redding very late and had trouble finding a room. Greeted be a group of teenagers hanging out in the parking lot! Also several homeless looking men wandering in the parking lot. The only reason I got out of my car was because there was a security guard in the well lighted parking lot! Let’s go indoors- I tried to get an accommodated room which wasn’t available. Front desk very kind but put me in a first floor room all the way at the end of the hall. Hall was hot and stuffy smelled musty. Walls and doorways chipped and dirty. Room same musty smell marks on wall - dead moth stuck to the wads. Bathroom dingy loomed dirty- toilet seat cover broken and pinching. Toilet so pediatric height impossible to get up. Air conditioner sounded like jet engine. Was I crying yet- I just passed out on the bed- exhausted! Breakfast was average very boring! Couldn’t get out quick enough- obviously won’t go back!

Dirty, filthy hotel. Stains everywhere, bloodstains on towels, sink wouldn’t drain, missing garbage cans. Shower was bad. Dirty hotel all over.
