Facilities were not maintained well, not recommendable except for its location.

terrible. I woke up with bed bug bite marks all over my body. I got so mad that I went straight to the reception. I asked for a refund so I can check out but they said no. they didnt even change the room for me, just gave me a tiny insect repellent(tried to give me only a cream but when I got mad they gave me this) the staff doesn't understand english. the hair dryer is a joke, smells and feels like the end of a vacuum cleaner. would never go here again.

Staffs are really kind but I cannot using the Internet in the room.. It is very uncomfortable.

친절했다. 조식은 그저그랬다. 위치도 나쁘지 않았다. 냉장고가 고장나서 물이 시원하지 않았고 에어콘성능이 별로 안좋았다.

Excellent location for Metro and lots of Trams. Breakfast variety was great. The Hotel was Safe clean and Quiet.

We liked the large bedroom with soaring ceilings, cute decor and the charm and character of the old staircase, lift and narrow passageways. The shower water pressure was great and the aircon nice and cold after our days out exploring in the Milan heat! Very nice, large and comfy bed too.

O hotel é muito limpo, quarto espaçoso com locais para acomodar as malas, camas confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionando bem, é silencioso. O box é apertado, acredito que uma pessoa obesa não conseguiria tomar banho com as portas do box fechadas. Chegamos 2 h antes do check in e permitiram que entrássemos no quarto o que foi muito gentil. Tem bondes que passam na porta do hotel e circulam por todos os principais pontos. A estação de metrô mais próxima é a Garibaldi. Os funcionários da recepção são gentis. Tem uma funcionária que serve o café que é um pouco rude e quer controlar a quantidade de café que pedimos. Não tem self-service para retirar o café com leite, então, temos que pedir para ela. Café da manhã simples sem variações.

イタリア5都市周遊してみて、平均的かな。 シャワールームが極端に狭いのはマイナスポイント Wifiの調子が悪かったのですが、スタッフに説明したら、リブート対応してくれました。 朝食に野菜があるともっとうれしい 欧州の人は朝、野菜取らないのかな？

主要な観光地に歩いていける距離にあり、駅へのアクセスもよいのでとても使い勝手が良かったです。 Wifiの調子が悪い時もスタッフの対応が良かったです。 シャワー室はとても狭く、これまで経験したことがない大きさ。髪を洗うにしても肘があたるし、脚には触れないほどの狭さ 朝食は概ね良かったですが、もう少し野菜があれば、ありがたかった。

El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren Milano-Porta Garibaldi y tiene una parada de tranvía en la misma calle, por lo que está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el aire acondicionado enfríaba rápidamente la habitación (cosa que se agradece cuando te pilla en plena ola de calor). La única cosa negativa es que la cabina de ducha era muy estrecha y que se por la noche en la habitación se escuchaba bastante ruido por el paso de los tranvías. El desayuno era muy bueno, con mucha variedad de productos, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. El personal fue muy atento y amable, y nos guardaron las maletas después del check-out sin coste alguno.

Hyggelig hotell, enkelt å komme seg rundt med trikk rett utenfor og kort vei til togstasjon med direkteavganger til flyplassen (Malpensa). Dårlig wifi, men ellers trivelig sted med gode senger.

Nice hotel. Clean...comfortable....the staff preparing and serving breakfast are really fun and great people

Rarely make the effort to do reviews, and I hate to be this person but unfortunately saying this is a 3 star is a bit of stretch. - you have to ask for the air con remote it’s not in the room. - Single bedrooms are extremely sparse not even a kettle just a fridge, shower on the verge of breaking of its hinges. - The baggage are not in a secure lock up, it was just left around the side. (This happened to me twice thankfully I carried my passport) - Perhaps I am asking to much, but was bit of battle asking for a late check out as I was running Milan marathon the next day. - Customer service was chaotic nobody would told or informed me anything quite often I felt like a irritant, (if you where meant to leave the key at reception nobody told me)

Location was convenient and, while the breakfast wasn't of the best selection (no eggs), it tasted pretty good.
