Facilities were not maintained well, not recommendable except for its location.

terrible. I woke up with bed bug bite marks all over my body. I got so mad that I went straight to the reception. I asked for a refund so I can check out but they said no. they didnt even change the room for me, just gave me a tiny insect repellent(tried to give me only a cream but when I got mad they gave me this) the staff doesn't understand english. the hair dryer is a joke, smells and feels like the end of a vacuum cleaner. would never go here again.

Staffs are really kind but I cannot using the Internet in the room.. It is very uncomfortable.

Helt greit hotell uten noe å snakke negativt om. Er litt utenfor "sentrum", men gåavstand til togstasjonen som var litt viktig for oss. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening. Fornuftig priset. Anbefales!

Great historic building from 1900’s with charm and a great breakfast! They make cappuccinos for you in the morning!! It is close to the train station and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Charming quintessential old style Italian hotel. Loved everything about it: comfortable room, very clean, friendly staff and it included a nice Italian breakfast with great service!

For a central area hotel in Milan surrounded by Metro transportation near their door it was amazingly quiet at night. Nicely done decor and breakfast. Professional staff and cleanliness. Desk staff were especially helpful in directions to nearby venues.

This hotel was charming and perfectly situated for our visit. Staff was lovely and very helpful. We were offered a sitting map and got a very thorough introduction places within the city that would be of interest and how all of the trains work. I am so glad I found this gem on the border of Chinatown. Easy walking distance too many points of interest. Also easy access to Metro.

Estadia muito boa, quarto com espaço, apenas o box para o banho é bem pequeno. Café da manhã muito bom!

Mé encantó el hotel y la atención. Lo único que debo mencionar es que mi habitación daba a una avenida bastante ruidosa; salvo este punto, lo demás estuvo genial.

マルペンサ空港から日本へ帰国の前泊で利用しました。 ポルタガリバルディ駅から徒歩10分、周辺にレストラン多数、大き目のエッセルンガまで10分。 スタッフはみんな親切です。素晴らしいレストランを紹介してくれました。チェックアウトが早朝で朝食は諦めていましたが、最後に鍵を返す時に3人分のクロワッサン・ジュース・ヨーグルトを袋に用意して渡しくれました。 水回りは清潔で、シャワーブースの排水も問題なかったです。 ミニ冷蔵庫とセキュリティーボックスがあります。

I had already paid for my hotel, but upon arrival, the receptionist unexpectedly asked me to pay another bill for taxes, which I wasn’t informed about before.

Breakfast could be better but all in all great value for money! And 24h reception!

Staff extremamente atencioso e agradável. Fica muito próximo a duas estações de metrô. Muito bem localizado. Quartos silenciosos.
