Tuve que cenar fuera aún cuando pagué Todo Incluido Le doy una estrella porque de nada sirve un hotel bonito si no pueden cumplir con lo básico: la comida. El sábado por la noche, el buffet estaba colapsado con filas interminables y el hotel, a pesar de estar lleno, decidió no habilitar más áreas de comida. Es inaceptable que, habiendo pagado un plan All-Inclusive, tuviera que salir a la calle a buscar cena. No planean según la ocupación y la gestión es mediocre. No lo recomiendo

Room was very clean. Staff were excellent, great entertainment for all. Buffet was ok, only needs to improve in flavor and not salty.

Todo el personal es muy amable, te atienden con gusto, en especial el capitan Alfredo del Restaurante Japones, el y todo su equipo de trabajo se llevan 5 estrellas y la comida es deliciosa.

The room was clean, the staff were courteous and attentive. The Japanese and Italian restaurants were good. The Mexican restaurant was incredible. Would 100% recommend.

The room was clean. Some staff members were great. I liked the palm trees and shrubs around the pool.

The hand sink was clogged, the concierge at the resort wasn't very helpful, I tried to make a reservation for Dinner however no availability. I was really looking forward for a nice dinner in one of your 3 restaurants

Great place to stay

good service but got locked out in the balcony. Door lock not working. Got help from a person on the other room who called for help, but the handyman offered no help just open the door for us . Did not fix it or gave us solutions so that it did not happen again. We decide to use an object to keep the door from closing on us as we enjoyed been out in the balcony. But the rest was very good. Enjoy the smiles of the personal.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was respectful, courteous, ready and available to help you. The hotel grounds and the swimmimg pools were kept clean. The room was surprisingly large which included the restroom, livingroom, a very compfy bed with 4 soft pillows, and 2 televisions. We would definitely return on our next vacation.

Personal muy bien preparado, atento y extremamente amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas - habitaciones grandes y agradables.
