Useful location but room a bit tired and slight smell of drains

La chambre était propre et plutot pratique (chambre double communicante) Niveau équipement, pas de bouilloire. Il est indiqué bouteille d'eau, c'est une fontaine dans le lobby. Nous étions au rdc, il fallait sortir pour boire a chaque fois, pas pratique avec des enfants. Si nous avions été a l'étage, ça serait vraiment embêtant. La literie est confortable. A l'arrivée, personne a l'accueil, j'ai du sonner plusieurs fois et attendre environ 15 minutes. Un peu long après une longue journée de route. Mais le personnel était sympathiques, petit déjeuner fournis et plutôt varié (jus, café, the, lait, viennoiseries, oeufs, plusieurs variété de pains etc ) Petit bémol, peu de places de parking gratuite et la fontaine dans le lobby. Mais sinon très bon hôtel !

Adequate overnight stop off the afternoon sailing from Portsmouth. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the dock. Late check in available if the ferry is late. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Quite a basic room, no tea or coffee in the room or bottles of water. Room was small with 2 twin beds. Beds very comfortable and shower good. Breakfast was a good assortment, although there were many comments overheard from the guests if you didn't get breakfast early enough all the hot food was gone. I thought the room was quite expensive as it was basic, but I guess you are paying for the location if you need an overnight stay before any long drive to the rest of France.

Basic hotel which served a purpose for 1 night

Less than 5 minutes walk to the Brittany Ferries terminal and check in desk. Clean room with adequate hanging and shelf space. Comfortable bed. Limited space walking in front of bed. Good hot shower with fan heater and dryer. Good supply of clean towels. Breakfast ok. Limited for those who require a vegetarian diet. Luggage storage facilities. Staff were pleasant

Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me do that. I highly recommend this hotel.

perfect if you want to fall off the ferry and into a hotel room, good parking and a nice clean hotel

Nothing normally to write home about. But the hotel suited us for our needs. Close to the Ferry but what stood out, and bearing in mind I spend only 200 days a year at my home, the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in this year.

The room was excellent and the staff very helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay again when I go to France.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room with a great shower. Dog-friendly with convenient parking just outside. Breakfast was excellent and dinner exceeded expectations. A great-value stay all round.

All well here but why no tea/coffee in the room???

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable hotel, private parking was great for a motorbike. 5 mins walk to beach.
