전체 평가 및 리뷰 ibis Nanterre la Défense

호텔스닷컴 어플로 당일 예약하고, 저녁에 체크인했는데 예약 확인이 되지 않아 어려움이 있었습니다. 예약번호로도 확인이 되지 않는다고 하였구요. 한시간 넘게 기다리고 실랑이 한 끝에 결국 호텔 직원들이 호텔스닷컴과 연락이 닿아 확인이 된건지 체크인이 가능하다고는 했지만, 제가 예약한 방과는 다른 컨디션의 룸으로 받았습니다. 더블베드2개가 아니고, 더블베드1과 쇼파베드1. 호텔측의 사과도 없었고, 앞으로는 이비스 호텔 홈페이지에서 직접 예약했으면 좋겠다는 말과 함께요. 호텔스닷컴 어플 예약이 굉장히 편안한 시스템이라고 생각했는데, 이번에 많이 실망스러웠습니다. 굉장히 중요한 약속에도 늦게 되고, 룸변경에 대한 마이너스 차지도 호텔스닷컴의 추가 언급이 있어야 하지 않을까요. 호텔이 낭떼흐 지역에 위치한 것만 빼면, 가성비 나쁘진 않습니다. 중국인 관광객이 단체로 머물고 있는다는 점도 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 조식 먹는 시간에 직원들이 거의 기계적으로 동양인들은 그룹 스페이스로 가라고 하더라고요. 조식 메뉴도 제한적이고, 공간도 좁은데 확인도 않고 아침부터 그룹으로 안내하는 것도 유쾌하지 않았습니다.

파리 비지트 끊으시면, 버스 타고 지하철역까지 연결됩니다 ^^ 그러나, 병실에 냉장고는 없습니다.

조용하지만 주변에 변변한 식당이나 수퍼마켓이 없고 라데팡스 지하철역은 30분정도 걸어야합니다. 차를 가지고 여행하시는 분들에게는 저렴하고 깨끗하게 묵을수 있는 호텔입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다.

Personnel accueillant

La chambre était conforme aux attentes et l'hôtel était calme. Mais ma chambre était située au dessus du restaurant avec des odeurs de cuisson (fenêtre ouverte) ainsi qu'un fort bruit de ventilation dans la chambre qui s'est atténué dans la nuit. Aussi l'hôtel est assez loin des transports en commun.

Correspond à mes attente. Accueil tres sympathique, chambre simple mais correct, propre, lit confortable.

Basic interior, but clean though. Room was freezing cold, had to turn on heating to 30 degrees to get some comfort.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est fermé du vendredi soir au dimanche soir, peu pratique quand on arrive pour le week-end.

Chambre propre et quartier tranquille

Siendo dos personas en la habitación, el segundo día solo nos pusieron una toalla. Se terminó el gel/champú de la ducha y no se dieron cuenta. Estuvimos utilizando el situado en el lavabo.

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good and decent value for money. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired looking but it's in a quiet location and a decent walk from the stadium. There is not very much in the area close by.

Everything went well as planned.

L’hôtel est très bien. Je me mets pas 5 étoiles car j’ai payé 280€ pour seulement une nuit et sans petit déjeuner (ce qui est exagéré pour un ibis). J’y étais pour un concert à La Défense arena. L’hôtel est parfait localisé pour ce type d’événement (20 mins à pied de l’arena)

Rooms were incredibly small and the neighborhood was very "iffy". We will not stay there again. We thought we were within walking distance to the La Defense Arena but discovered it is much too far to walk, especially in that neighborhood!

No working AC. Only one working elevator for several days. Bed is a 1” mat on a box spring. Cleaners came in while the sign was on the door and intruded on us, then gave us sarcasm when we asked them to leave the room.

Bra hotell överlag, ligger lite avsides men ändå inte längre än att man kan promenera till La Defense. Restaurangen hade god mat till priset och frukost med. Återkommer gärna.

The hotel is in the middle of office blocks and flats so has very limited facilities around it. We were two females so we did not feel safe to be wandering around at night looking for places to eat and drink. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The small heater and air con didn’t worked so we had to get in bed if we were cold. My main complaint about this hotel was the staff. Not a single member of staff working in the hotel wore a badge or uniform to alert people staying there to who they were. It just happened to be that they were the only ones behind reception. Most of the staff were ignorant and took all their time to acknowledge you. The only friendly staff were on check in and check out but unfortunately our experience of staying here had already been tarnished by the hotel staff aside of these times. My main complaint is lack of clarity with the eating and drinking facilities with the restaurant attached, Breakfast was delicious but aside from this it was only open twice for lunch, dinner and drinks twice in our 5 night stay Thursday to Tuesday. It states this on the website but you have to look carefully to find this information. Eating out was not a massive problem for us, but having access to drinks facilities was a big problem. There are no drinks making facilities in the rooms and hotel staff are not there to provide drink. I had a heated discussion about this with a staff member which made the rest of the stay very difficult.

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix. Couchage confortable, clim, petit déjeuner copieux. Je recommande.
