I had a feeling that the staffs did not take my requests seriously. The room was ok, but water drain had problem. For access to Metro, one needs to walk a while. The hotel had a overbooking problem which caused a lot problems to my collegues.

Personnel très accueillant, aimable, serviable, souriants... petit déjeuner au top, la salle récemment rénovée est super. Concernant la chambre, la salle de bain avec baignoire pour enfant était parfaite, le second lit très bien pour enfant, insonorisée parfaitement, ce sera super parfait après un petit rafraîchissement, en cours dans l’hotel.

Chambre propre très spacieuse, calme. Baignoire dommage je préfère les douches. Petit-déjeuner buffet complet très bien fourni. Hôtel près de la seine musicale à pied (1/4 d’heure).

From the room to the food, the hotel is great with a very good localization. Surely will be there again when i come back to paris!

The stuff really keeps the rooms clean.

The staff was helpful and amazing. The hotel is within walking distance of a direct Metro line to go into the city and see the major sites. This is our second time staying here and will be our go-to in Paris every time.

The location was too remote, it was very expensive to get an uber and took a long time to get to the popular areas. I wish it had been closer to the main part of Paris. The hotel was fine, and the breakfast was pretty good.

C’est très bien passé

The check in process was great booked 2 rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we went to our rooms one of the rooms, had a pull-out bed with stains on it. Very disgusting. When we reported it they came the next day and closed it into a sofa without cleaning. On Sunday there was no dining facilities available in or next to the hotel. It was very incovenient to stay.

Property was nice once we moved into suite. A little too far from the city for me though.
