It is really hard to arrive by car using navigation. The road is narrow and closed because of location. Also we have to buy even one bottle of water.

관광지 중심에 있는 위치는 아주 좋은 호텔이지만 프랑스 어디든지 마찬가지지만 방이 많이 작음.

위치는 시청과 구교황청 사이에 있어서, 레스토랑들도 가깝고 큰길가라서 안전하고 좋은 위치.내부는 깨끗했으나 옆방과 방음이 좀 안좋았지만, 대체로 편안하게 묵었다.

Our stay was a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and did her best to ensure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to that excellent first impression. The hotel is in need of significant updates and better maintenance. When we checked in, there was a water spill in the reception area that remained there throughout the day, which didn’t create a great first impression. Our room had an unpleasant odor, and although the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated and was clean, the towels also had a noticeable smell. In addition, the room was quite warm, making it less comfortable than expected. The outstanding service at the front desk deserves recognition, but the hotel itself has considerable room for improvement to match the quality of its staff. Avignion as a town is impressive and magical.

Absolutely fabulous location! And every person on the staff was friendly and helpful. We could see the Popes Palace out our window and it was within a stones throw. We were very happy we chose this hotel.

Oddly, there wasn’t a waste basket anywhere in the room or bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the air conditioning works quite well. For Americans, the bathroom was small and could have used counter space. Staff was incredibly helpful!

Everything was excellent from reception service to cleanliness, location and buffet breakfast. However, we did miss having small wash towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay there.

Structura molto centrale personale gentilissimo ma avrebbe bisogno di una Ristrutturazione . Inoltre la moquette e l’ascensore emanavano cattivo odore e il bagno non era ben pulito . Insomma una grande delusione da un mercure non me lo aspettavo voto scarso

Excellente localisation, propre et silencieux

Affordable hotel in great central location. Excellent choice for Avignon visitors. Room was comfortable, shower and bathroom were above average, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Clean and neat. Especially appreciate the multi-temperature water dispenser in the hallway and the rainwater showerhead.

only issue I found was that the shower temp fluctuated at times.... no fan in the toilet room

Imponerende frokost, hyggelig personale og fint oppussede rom. Fint med heis, men noe ventetid om morgenen. Frokostrommet hadde trapper mellom koldtbordet og sittebordene. Også grei adkomst til parkeringshus når man først fant ut av det, også trapper der.
