Fantastiskt läge och mycket trevlig personal!

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse! Vi valde hotellet utifrån geografi, och hade superbra tillgång till alla våra resmål i Stockholm. Mycket mysigt att bo i Gamla stan!

O hotel não deveria ser classificado como 4 estrelas; na minha opinião, sua estrutura e os serviços oferecidos correspondem, no máximo, a um hotel 3 estrelas. As instalações são antigas e não condizem com o padrão esperado para essa categoria. As toalhas do banheiro estavam desgastadas, o quarto não possuía cofre nem ar-condicionado, itens que considero essenciais em um hotel dessa classificação. O principal ponto positivo é, sem dúvida, a excelente localização.

Standarden er faldet meget de sidste 20 år. Det bliver desværre ikke Scandic mere.

No tea or coffee facilities in room Cable on hairdryer very restricting as not long enough. Staff very helpful and location great for the metro and even getting to the city was walkable.

This hotel is in a perfect walkable location in Gamla Stan. It is close to all the lovely sights, restaurants galore and retail opportunities possible. The breakfast was plentiful and had a comfortable sitting area. My room was secluded and amazingly quiet.

Rooms were small, but efficient. Very clean. Old building with character. Breakfast was included, and was fantastic! Very convenient location, in “Old Town”.

The breakfast was home made, fresh juice and fruit smoothies and lots of healthy choices with wholesome bread, jam, breakfast meats and delicious eggs. The coffee was also very good and the chef very hospitable and caring about great service and food!

Meget bra utvalg av frokost. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Noe støy nattestid av tog i 3.etasje.

Good location near the old town, yet just around the corner so quiet. Very close to the metro station. You arrive about a block or so away from the hotel. Quick walk around to the ferry station to get to the Vasa Museum. The room i rented was very small which did not allow for much room for luggage. But, thats the room I picked. So there you go. The room has an older feel, sor of like staying at your grandmother's house (I'm 68). IDK if I would call it charming. Very small elevator, but they have one. Two people with 2 cases have to really squeeze in. Where the hotel really shines is on the breakfast. They have a nice little breakfast area with a good array of foods. Cold cuts, scrambled eggs, sausages, sweets fruit and more. What was really special was the area for gluten free items. There was a gluten free only toaster and a fridge that has every type of non dairy milk that you could want. When we entered for breakfast the attendant said just let me know if you have food allergies or you need portage and I can make things special for you.

Nydelig hotell i Gamla staden. En perle av en takterrasse. Flotte sittegrupper der vi møttes før middagen. Frokost salen er liten, og så koselig. Nydelig frokost og så hyggelig dame på kjøkkenet. Hvis du ønsker et koselig hotell med sjel er dette stedet for deg. Takk for oppholdet og neste gang vi besøker Stockholm blir det definitivt dette hotellet igjen

När vi checkade in så fick vi information om att rummen inte städas om man inte säger till dagen innan men att papperskorgar töms och eventuella handdukar (som man lagt på golvet) byts varje dag. Så skede dock inte trots att vi sa till i receptionen. Dessutom var personalen i receptionen rätt otrevliga då vi påpekade detta samt vid andra tillfällen. Förutom detta så var rummet ganska dåligt städat när vi kom, mörka hårstrån i sängen och på toaletten (vi är båda blonda). Dock har hotellet ett bra läge i gamla stan samt nära tunnelbanestationen, vilket väger upp städningen och det ganska otrevliga bemötandet. Hotellet hade vunnit mycket på att ha en vattenkokare på rummet.

Great central location to all the bars and restaurants and transport. Gamla Stan is so quaint and walkable
