Everything seem to be going well till when I came back and checked my bag. My ring & my husbands ring was missing when I haven't even taken it out from my luggage bag since samui trip. I am so upset due to this fact and I have contacted the hotel but all they said was they have looked at lost and found and they could not found it.... I feel like it has been stolen since the ring was white gold with little diamonds on it.. I am so upset still and can't believe this.

Beautiful relaxing property. Lovely blend of thai design and luxury in a stunning setting. Far enough away for our family to relax, but still walkable to local eateries. We'd love to come back, and the staff were fantastic.

Der Strand ist traumhaft schön, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wunderschön.

Die Mitarbeiter sind von der Reinigungskraft, das Servicepersonal, die Gärtner und der Manager einfach nur TOP. Uns hat gestört, dass die Preise so übertrieben teuer sind. Wir haben für eine Portion trockenen Reis und 1x Mango Sticky Reis, mehr bezahlt, was dort ein Mitarbeiter am Tag verdient. Ausserdem hat uns extrem gestört, dass Raucher wenig Platz in dem Hotel haben. Dort ist einer der größten Pool der Insel, mit abständen zwischen den Liegen von teilweise 10-20m und man hat dort nur eine Bank in der Ecke, wo man rauchen kann. Selbst am Strand muss man an einen kleinen Tisch zum rauchen. Beim Frühstücken ist genug Platz und auch „räumliche“ Trennung, dass man einen Raucher und einen Nichtraucherbereich machen könnte.. wären die total übertriebene Preise nicht und es gäbe mehr Möglichkeiten zum rauchen, wären wir wieder gekommen..

Santiburi was absolutely perfect.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr gut. Die Matratze und die Kopfkissen könnten besser ( weicher, bequemer) sein. Bei den Restaurants gibt es noch Luft nach oben

Mostly no smoking even in the bar and outdoor area's. Staff has too much attitude.

Wow! This the place to stay on Samui. Amazing beach, wonderful facilities and the staff was incredible. We especially loved Tanya - she went above and beyond for us and makes us want to come back again and again even from far away New York.

We had a short but excellent stay at Santiburi. The pool is huge, comfortable loungers aplenty and the beach area is also lovely with hammocks, bean bags and loungers. Nice touches are the complementary daily ice cream on the beach and complementary afternoon tea in the lounge bar. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast… nothing to complain about at all.

We have been upgraded for free (thank you to Expedia) in a villa. This property is in a great green park, far from the noisy places. So great if you need a rest for a weekend.

True definition of paradise. A wonderful resort. No need to search for any other property of where to stay in Koh Samui. The staff, grounds, private beach, everything is wonderful. Only complaint is the food at the restaurant/bar is a little pricey for what it is.

We had a great time at the resort, using the beach facilities, the beach restaurant and the pool. all well cared for. Gardens were wonderful

Seit dem Verkauf der Anlage, hat man das Gefühl, dass mit dem "Santiburi Koh Samui" nur noch möglichst viel Geld generiert werden muss, bis die Anlage einem Neubau weichen wird. Meiner Meinung nach, hat das Resort auch zu wenig Personal. Die Hotelklassierung entspricht maximal dem Standard von 4 Sternen. Ich werde dieses Resort nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Eigentlich schade, es war einmal eine Topadresse!

We had a most luxurious vacation at your resort. The staff and accommodations were excellent. My favorite part was the beautiful secluded beach. I also loved the authentic style of the building, especially the hotel entrance/lobby/lounge, and the way the property was spread out. My only critique was the cheap flooring in the villa which was noisy and slippery to walk on. I also think it would be a lovely idea to have a shuttle to go wander into town at the fisherman's village rather than having to take a taxi each time.
