Nice hotel however, bed was old and lumpy.

Very good location lovely room

Stayed with friends.

Rooms were very dated. Rips in the netted curtain. Every floorboard in the room was noisy. Lots of noise from people in other rooms and walking along corridor. Bar seats need updated as the sofas are uncomfortable and didn’t make for a relaxing experience. Waiter kept bringing food to our table to be told we hadn’t ordered anything. Was like a scene from faulty towers. Breakfast was poor. Need to upgrade their ingredients for what is charged. Didn’t go to fitness suite so can’t comment on that. Would not return as better alternatives available.

The staff were lovely throughout, friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was only staying one night due to family business but i was made to feel so welcome. The biggest draws for me were the free ev charging and the pool.

Excellent hotel; arguably best value for money out of all the hotels we stayed in on this UK trip. And it’s close to the beach.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great short driving location both for Edinburgh and Musselbourgh. The building is beautiful and the staff are well mannered and will help you as much as they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was the only meal we had and this was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel and currently trying to re -book a large group booking for later in the year.

Second time there. Gives me easy access to downtown Edinburgh.

The bus stop outside the hotel was very convenient. There was a bus stop to Princes Street every 10 minutes.

very cozy hotel! Near the beach about 7 minutes walk. The hotel is located in a very quiet area with convenient transport infrastructure!

The staff was amazing! Very accommodating and professional, and friendly at the same time. There was a miscommunication with the pet fee listed on xpedia ~ the actual fee by the hotel, and I was swiftly supported about it and issue escalated for review from the hotel staff with Expedia internally. The hotel was clean throughout. The water pressure in the bathtub best wev ever had! Filled the tub in 2 minutes (max). However the shower head function was dysfunctional in room 303, specifically. I didn't manage to call the reception about it as it was just before checkout the issue occured. Very nicely cooked/baked/prepared continental breakfast! And the staff ensured we were comfortable as can be. We didn't use the pool this time, but definitely looking forward to managing next time 😌🌈

Der Pool war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber.

Hotel confortable et propre dans l'ensemble, pas de chance pour nous, nous avons eu des scolaires un peu bruyants dans la chambre à côté ! Petit déjeuner copieux. Bonne literie. Concernant la piscine, le jaccuzi était hors service, et les enfants ne sont pas autorisés après 19h.

Third time at this hotel whilst visiting family. No complaints, perfectly comfortable for a few days away. Good for us to have access to a pool and gym. Only 20mins walk to the beach - would stay again

An extremely food value for money. Hotel is clean, has very food leisure centre with swimming pool, sauna and steam room. It also has complimentary EV charging point which was a great surprise

Great spa and pool facility but hotel is tired.
