싱글룸을 예약했지만 크기도 작지않았고 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 전체적으로 모든것이 좋았습니다. 조식도 다양해서 충분히 즐겼습니다.

시설은 조금 낡았으나 넓고 깨끗한 방이 좋았습니다. 도심에 위치해 있어서 출장 목적으로 머물기 좋을 것 같습니다.

Cafe da manha certamente eh o melhor que ja experimentei em todos hoteis da Europa. A equipe de atendimento tambem eh muito gentil. Tivemos um probleminha no checkin mas o testante da estadia compensou esse stress.

La ubicación del hotel, genial. El personal muy bien, la habitación bien. Pero por lo que me he dado cuenta, las habitaciones asignadas a Expidia o son en pisos bajos o no tienen vista! Deben de chequear eso por favor!

O quarto eh bom, mas escolha sempre o dos fundos para não ouvir barulho da balada ao lado. Quarto confortável, cama muito boa. Banheiro deixa a desejar. Chuveiro bem apertado. Uma pessoa grande fica bem desconfortável.

The room was awful, the tv didn’t work, the ac didn’t work either, someone was having a fight at 5 am and knocking every door in the hotel, and the staff didn’t care at all

Hotel on nice street with many stores. Clean, simple business hotel - everything to expectation. Room was very cold ( it was an extra cold weekend in Madrid) so I requested an extra duvet at the reception. Staff at desk said they would ask colleague and let me know. Waited two hours, no call or duvet. I finally called the desk again to be informed that there were extra duvets in the closet. Wish they had simply told me at the reception or called to inform so I didn’t have to wait two hours. These are the small details that elevate a hotel from ok to good.

Great hotel, super well located, perfect organization. Only one issue bothered us: the hotel turned on the heating throughout the building, and there was no option to turn on the air conditioning only in our room. In other words, we were very hot. Even leaving the window open didn't solve the heat in the room. And the temperature wasn't even that low. When we called reception, they promptly sent an employee to the room, and he turned off the heating control. But even so, the room remained very hot. We found it very strange that we couldn't regulate the room temperature as we pleased. We were forced to accept the heating, even against our will and without any need. We noticed many rooms with their windows open as well, meaning we weren't the only ones bothered by the hot temperature in the room. Otherwise, the hotel is great. Excellent breakfast, perfect location, close to everything. Very good!
