전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Rimouski

La vue sur l’eau est magnifique et nous avons eu un bon service de la part des employées à la réception. La chambre aurait pu être plus propre (poussière sur les meubles et au sol). Nous avons eu un très mauvais service au restaurant (de la part du gérant surtout), et il est très décevant de ne pas avoir de service aux chambres. Pour la piscine, les costumes de bain des enfants se sont décolorés (le rose est devenu mauve et le orange est devenu mauve !) et les yeux des enfants étaient énormément rouges en sortant ! Il y avait définitivement trop de chlore.

Tout était parfait, une belle chambre. On pouvait allé au restaurant à pied. Marché près de la mer. On le recommande près de tout

Séjour agréable. La chambre était confortable et propre. Très bonne literie. Vue sur le Saint Laurent exceptionnelle. La route passe entre l hôtel et le fleuve mais aucune nuisance sonore la nuit. Restaurant La Brigade dans l hôtel très pratique pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner.

Bon accueil, chambre spacieuse avec lits confortables. Un très grand parking jouxte l hôtel. Une laverie est présente dans une rue derrière l hôtel.

J’y allais pour participer au marathon de Rimouski…L’emplacement me convenait très bien pas trop loin du point de départ… Nous avons eu un soucis avec le réfrigérateur mais ça vite été solucionné

Security due to high profile political guest was a bit of a nuissance. The restaurant wait time for food was very long. Security personnel were everywhere, even on our floor outside the elevator, etc. Our room was nice and comfortable. Hotel is dated and it showed in some areas. The dining room was very well appointed and offered excellent food and choices. The bathrooms however were inconviently located dowstairs, requiring a long walk and stairs.

Ascenseur très lent

The room was very clean and a pleasant decor. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The pool had attendants and is good for families with children. We ate in the dining room which was disappointing. Overpriced menu and hidden charges, and staff disorganised and unattentive. Given a table in the overflow section despite booking a table and empty tables available in the main dining room.
