Really nice staff, clean room, wonderful breakfast. Except one. The pool is not suitable for swimming in winter. It needs hotter water.

We always have a great time staying at the end of the governors. The staff are very professional. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast is always delicious. Inn of the governors is our favorite lodging in Santa Fe.

The thermostat is so old it does not tell you the temperature you are setting in the room so you have to guess over and over. Get a digital thermostat, they aren’t that expensive!!

We enjoyed our stay from the time we checked in to check out. Hotel is located in the best spot of the historic district for easy walking access to all the restaurants and main attractions including all the shops. The hotel is charming and has a friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel staff

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the pool area. The bathroom design is not great. The shower leaks all over the floor. We tried pointing the shower head away from the curtain and that didn’t help. We had to get more towels to sop up the water.

Everything was great. Food, service, staff, all good quality. The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof. I felt like I could hear everything.

Clean room, good breakfast

Everyone on staff was warm, engaging, and welcoming. From Sam, the manager, to Laura, who lit my fireplace each night…if I return to Santa Fe and NOT stay at the Inn of the Governors, it will only be because they had no rooms available! The afternoon sherry and biscotti was a nice touch. Next time I hope to try the pool!
