The front desk staff is too unfriendly. When I ask questions, they answer bluntly, which makes me feel bad. The room condition was good.

공항에서 꽤 거리가 있고 셔틀이 거의 1시간에 1대 같습니드. 오를리 sud C게이트로 나와서 6번 정류장이 호텔셔틀입니다. 객실 깨끗하였고 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 조식은 제가 가본 노보텔중 가장 안 좋았습니다. 그래도 애들이랑 하룻밤 편히 잘 잤습니다.

출장으로 파리를 자주가는데 가격대비 아주넓고위치도 오를리공항과도 아주 가깝고 무료 셔틀이 자주 다닙니다 물론 상가지역은 이니지만 오를리공항이 가까우니 공항에서 어디를 가든 쉽습니다 항상렌트카를 사용하는데 주차장도넓고 항상이용 하려합니다 적극 추천합니다

They couldn't even provide a complimentary coffee for 4 persons staying in a 4-person bedroom. Cups were just washed in the toilet amd never replaced with new. Towels were just folded eventhough it was on the bathroom floor and wet.

Very nice staff and establishment. Breakfast was good and many choices. Rooms were very quiet. Wifi in the room was spotty most of the time when we were there when it worked. Faster when on main floor it seemed like. Only other thing with us being American we're used to using a wash cloth to bath with. The hotel did not to have any so be sure if you like using a wash cloth to pack them. Other than that very good experience. Within 10-15 walk to bus stop. They also offer a shuttle to ORY airport where you can you can grab the M14 train into Paris form inside the airport. I would suggest getting the IDF Mobility app and buy transportation pass. If you have Apple you put it in your wallet and all the buses the trains have a effortless tap to board. So basically all you do is put phone over the sensor and go. They do have a McDonalds within walking distance. I would say I'm not a huge fan of McD's here in US but France offers many of the same options that US has and some pretty good ones that US does not.

La communication entre service de nuit et jour Je laisse une information à votre veilleur de nuit afin que l’on m'annule le petit déjeuner que je n’ai pas pris Il passe pas l’information et on m’appelle pour me dire que j’étais parti sans payer mon petit dej. Dommage je ne suis pas malhonnête, je suis client ALL Accor depuis un certain temps et je ne vais pas me faire voleur pour un petit dej à 20€…. me dire que j’étais parti sans payer mon me

O hotel está necessitando de uma reforma. Instalações antigas. No banheiro do quarto, a água não escoava no ralo. Café da manhã satisfatório.

Por uma noite foi bom. Quartos amplos e limpos. Cama de boa qualidade. Banheiro pequeno e vaso sanitário separado da área de banho. Café da manhã muito bom.

Old fashioned. Not at Novotel level. Restaurant not welcoming at all.
