별4개라고하기엔 정말 요금이 아까울정도의 호텔임 호텔 닷컴에 대한 신뢰가 점점 떨어지고 있을정도 가격은 비싸게 받으면서 예약할때와 전혀 다른방을 주는경우가 많았음 앞으로도 호텔닷컴을 이용해야할지 고민하고 있을정도임

The front desk staff is too unfriendly. When I ask questions, they answer bluntly, which makes me feel bad. The room condition was good.

공항에서 꽤 거리가 있고 셔틀이 거의 1시간에 1대 같습니드. 오를리 sud C게이트로 나와서 6번 정류장이 호텔셔틀입니다. 객실 깨끗하였고 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 조식은 제가 가본 노보텔중 가장 안 좋았습니다. 그래도 애들이랑 하룻밤 편히 잘 잤습니다.

출장으로 파리를 자주가는데 가격대비 아주넓고위치도 오를리공항과도 아주 가깝고 무료 셔틀이 자주 다닙니다 물론 상가지역은 이니지만 오를리공항이 가까우니 공항에서 어디를 가든 쉽습니다 항상렌트카를 사용하는데 주차장도넓고 항상이용 하려합니다 적극 추천합니다

All was good

Room was a suite and accommodated 5 people without issue. Room was clean, had a nice setup with av take for eating, couch to sit which turned into 2 single beds, toilet was separate from shower room which was nice for a bigger group. Had cold fresh water dispenser (both still and carbonated) in the hallway to refill water bottles. Close to airport (Orly). Staff was friendly. Pool area was small but functional. Breakfast was 20€ per person but we didnt use it. Fast food was near by and readily accessible to walk or get delivered. If you're staying here for a couple of days and taking cab or Uber into Center Paris, it costs from 25€ (up yo 4 people)--37€ (up to 6 people) each way. (We did uber) I would suggest calculating another hotel closer to center paris if your going to stay 4-5 days due to the transportation cost. We spent almost 350€ on Uber rides. Otherwise great experience. Notice, airport shuttle leaves every hour on the 07min mark until midnight. If you arrive late after midnight), you'll need to take a cab or uber.

Hôtel de qualité pour passer une nuit.

This was our one night stopover, as our flight got canceled. We were lucky to find the totel and the hotel was very accommodating and staff was friendly. The room was spacious and with necessary amenities.

Flott rom, rent og pent. Vi booket hotellet for 3 netter på grunn av basseng. Bassenget viste seg å være stengt, men vi fikk ingen kompensasjon for dette. Frokosten var veldig travel, personalet jobbet sent og fylte for sjelden opp med mat. Selv om rommet var stort og flott, så ble ikke oppholdet så bra som forventet. Skuffet over manglende kompensasjon og at de har stengt bassenget i en slik varm periode!

L’hébergement a été propre et personnel était agréable rien à redire pour une nuit

We booked this hotel as we wanted swimmingpool, but it were closed for maintenance. We never got a message on that. When we wanted a discount they declined it. Very disappointing stay..

We stayed there 1 night before leaving Paris early the next morning. Location is useful, with it being close to the airport. The place is clean, but dated. The staff were nice and helpful. The included breakfast was fine, and the airport shuttle was great. Overall, it was fine for its purpose.

Dirty rugs, very small washroom specially the toilet , drain in the shower is clogged ,staff not so friendly. Breakfast not so bad. Place a bit far to the bus station.

A decent airport hotel. Sad that the pool wasn’t ready because we booked it for that ages ago. The air con was glorious. No problems with the shuttle to and from the airport.

Good location to Orly

Basseng var under oppussing, men prisen var høy. Ingen aircondition i restauranten som serverte middag og frokost. De ansatte snakket veldig dårlig engelsk. Hadde bedre tro på dette hotellet. Terningkast 2 fra meg og min familie.

piscine en travaux sans information lors de la réservation , parking payant , sans information également , lavabo bouché , murs en mauvais état dans la chambre , 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes .... Loin de ce que l'on attend d'un NOVOTEL
