직원 친절하고 위치가 좋음.룸은 청결함

Great location, great hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! What's more touching is that there is a picture of my favorite actress on the wall on the bed. I was proud that I slept in the room where Emmanuelle Seigner, the wife of the respected director Roman Polanski and actress who performed with Johnny Depp, slept for two days. Thank you

The location is great to look around Toledo. Also the hospitality was great too.

추운날씨에 중앙통제의 heating 구조라 밤시간에 매우 추웠음. 다른 부분들은 매우 좋았음.

I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 in the morning and check-in was allowed. Breakfast and location were all good.

위치도 소코도베르광장에서 가깝고 버스타고 이동하기에도 편리했어요^^

옆방의 욕실에서 물쓰는소리가 너무크게들려 자다 놀라 일어났는데,그것만 제외한다면 모든부문에서 만족합니다.

아침식사가 맛있었고 주변이동경로가 좋았습니다

시외버스 터미널에서 가까운 3성급 호텔이고 폼팔 광장 가까이에 있어 샹젤리제 같은 폼팔 거리를 걸어내려가면 알파마 지구 트램을 타는 곳도 가까와 편리했다.

주변 관광을 하기에는 매우 적합한 위치입니다. 다만 약간 좁게 느껴지는 객실이 아쉽네요. 지원들의 친절한 서비스가 인상에 남았습니다.

유명 관광지는 다 걸어서 갈수 있는 거리입니다. 방음이 약간 잘 안되는듯 한데, 방 크기며, 욕실은 괜찮았습니다.

좋은 경험이 아니다. 추천하고 싶지 않다.

Location is perfect. It's very near from zocodover plaza. Besides, I liked breakfast buffet. But I heard every sound of other rooms and outside...

호텔시설은 전반적으로 무난하며 톨레도 관광하기에 좋은 위치에 있어 편리함.

clean and comfortable, but big noise from outside and I can hear next room's voice clearly.

객실이 조금 작은 감이 있었지만 불편할 정도는 아니었구요,,,와이파이 품질이 아주 좋아서 카카오톡 보이스톡 이용에도 전혀 지장이 없었습니다. 무엇보다 옥상 테라스에서 바라다보는 전망이 최고입니다. 아마 톨레도 최고의 호텔 전망이 아닐까 싶습니다.

위치가 좋음

이 호텔은 위치가 매우 훌륭하고 루프탑을 올라가는 순간 다음에 톨레도에 오더라도 망설임없이 이 호텔에 다시 와야 한다고 생각하게 될 것입니다. 조식을 먹는 곳의 분위기도 휼륭하고 음식도 맛있습니다.

Great location. Room was smaller than others we stayed in Spain, but clean and comfortable. What we really disliked was both nights we stayed, we tried to use the roof top bar and both nights it was packed with a very large group that had more than half of it reserved and all the servers attention was given to them. We tried to order drinks and dessert and finally cancelled our order after 40 mins of waiting for one dessert while the group was constantly being served trays of food and drinks. Large group also had many smokers making it uncomfortable for our table near by and no other open tables to move to. Our server also was not patient or polite.
