올랜도 여행중 하루는 온전히 호텔안에서만 보내고싶어 찾다가 괜찮겠다 싶어 예약했는데 수영장 아주 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션도 괜찮고 발코니가 있는것도 맘에 들었는데, 저녁에 방에서 야식으로 먹을 컵라면때문에 물끓이는 포트가 있는지 전화로 물어보고 찾아보겠다고 하고 기다리길 30분. 그 후에 전화와서 없는것 같다며 끓인물을 담아가겠다고 해서 또 30분. 한시간이 넘어서 돌아온 대답은 담아갈 그릇이 없어서 안되겠다는대답인데. 이래저래 통화하고 기다리가 결국 10시. 물놀이후 배고픈데 전화기다리다 레스토랑 마감. 하우스키핑에 문의한번했다 기다리다 저녁 못먹음. 이게 세계적인 리츠칼튼의 서비스인지. 서비스는 다녀본 리츠칼튼중 최악.

Stayed here for a few days. Staff was great and upgraded my room for my birthday and sent me a bottle of wine and macarons. Very sweet! Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Spa was relaxing and pool was clean and good service. Recommend for a relaxing stay!

Stayed for a big birthday celebration and anniversary. The resort is stunnng. The room was beautiful and the service exceptional. Loved everything about our stay. The staff go above and beyond and even surprised me with a birthday cake! My son enjoyed a round of golf which he said was the best course ever! while my daughter and I enjoyed the lazy river. Can’t wait to go back.

From the moment I arrived, my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes was nothing short of exceptional. It's a true luxury escape that manages to feel both grand and intimately welcoming. The service was truly the best I've ever experienced. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the poolside attendants—was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They anticipated my needs without me having to ask, which made for a completely seamless and relaxing trip. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful. My room was immaculate, with a stunning view and a wonderfully comfortable bed. What stood out most, however, was the cleanliness. The property is impeccably maintained, and the pristine condition of everything from the common areas to the guest rooms truly reflects the high standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand. The food was a highlight of my stay. I had the pleasure of dining at several of the resort's restaurants, and each meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were incredible, and the presentation was a work of art. The dining options offer something for every palate, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Finally, the gym and pools were absolutely fantastic. The fitness center was well-equipped and spacious, allowing for a great workout. The pools, in particular, were a paradise. The atmosphere was so serene, and I loved having a variety of options, from the tranquil main pool to the 18 and over Spa Pool. I also had an amazing facial.

Staff was phenomenal and worked to create a memorable experience. They separate the Ritz from everywhere else.

It’s a very expensive hotel so if you’re on a budget I would avoid. In the coffee shop on site they were asking $18 for a cup of fruit. 😱 I think the hotel for a 5 star is too big. You wait on busy nights too long in the bar / around the pool to even get served etc but overall the facilities are class and all the staff are too. There was only one time around the pool where I asked if we could move an umbrella and the guy turned round and said yes and walked off….. Thanks for your help! The hotel is spotless and the rooms are beautiful. Fireworks on a Saturday night are epic and out of this world! Overall great trip and great hotel and I would go back.
