직원들이 할수 있는 말은 "Sorry, We don't have no" 밖에 없음. 객실 바닥은 청결하지도 않으면서 슬리퍼도 없음. 비가와서 우산을 빌리려고 해도 없음. 기본적인 물도 없음. 티슈도 없음. 대부분 다른 호텔에서 기본적으로 제공되는 것들이 여기는 없음.

시내와 조금 거리가 있어서 이동하는데 시간이 걸렸다. 깔끔하고 필요한 건 다 갖추었으며 직원들도 지나친 친절을 베풀지 않는, 딱 비지니스적인 호텔. 패키지 여행객들이 많이 찾고 할머니 할아버지 투숙객들이 많음. 수영장 시설도 훌륭해보였으나 이용해 보지는 않았음.

크고 넓고 깨끗한 호텔. 주변지역 한적하고 큰 이국적인 레스토랑도 많고 가까이에 극장&쇼핑센터도 있었어요. 세비야 중심가랑은 꾀 거리가 있는거 빼고는 다 좋았어요. 택시요금이 저렴한 편이라 중심가 갈때 택시타고 갔는데 요금도 얼마 안나왔네요. 동네는 아주 마음에 들었어요. 한가로우면서 이국적이고^^

가격 대비 성능비가 최고인 호텔입니다. 객실도 크고, 직원도 친절합니다.

Terrible, If you want stay in 4 stars hotel, you should not go this hotel. I think that this hotel is actually 2-3 stars hotel. Because this hotel is a only hotel closed in FIBES, I choosed this hotel for attend a medical conference at FIBES. But, cannot sleep for the traffic until dawn. Moreover, they did not provide toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, shaver .... This hotel had a restaurant, which name is 'Alhambra', gave a terrible dinner.

세비야에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 렌터카로 여행하는 우리 커플에게는 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 연이어서 하루를 더 예약했고 세비야에서의 좋은 추억을 가슴에 담을 수 있었습니다.

Room was large, clean and well appointed. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable. Although we hadn't prebooked it, we decided to have breakfast, which was plentiful with lots of choice, although it did finish earlier than we would have liked following a late night / early morning arrival from the airport. An extra 30 mins serving breakfast would have made all the difference. Would definitely stay again when travelling into or out of Seville airport.

Nice business hotel near conference centre, long bus ride into the city

綺麗な部屋、十分お湯の出るシャワー、美味しい朝ごはんのブッフェ、どれもよかったです。カードキーが時々壊れるけど、フロントにお願いしたらすぐに交換してもらえました。なお、英語しか話せない人は、フロント方以外は、英語が基本話せない（スペイン語のみ）な点です。

El hotel necesita alguna actualizacion. En mi caso, por la importancia de trabajar a distancia, el servicio de internet wifi deja mucho que desear, con problemas y baja velocidad

Only concerns were distance from downtown, pricey underground parking that can trap you inside (us twice), and no easy way to pull in and offload luggage and check in. Otherwise the room and property were in great condition.

My biggest problem was the hotel was accidentally booked for 2 days instead of only 1 day. Expedia reached out and they wouldn't refund me the second day. 👎

le menu du petit déjeuner est bon assez classique avec pas mal de choix sur le salé

We were particularly impressed with the cordiality and helpfulness of the staff. We sometimes don't find that in larger hotels.

Trevlig rum men ingen AS så vi fick ha fönstret öppet hela natten. Tur att det inte var mer än 25 grader ute.Frukostbuffen var stor o riklig.

We did not eat at the hotel.. The ataff we helpful and attentive which added to our enjoyment whilst staying there

O ar condicionado no quarto não funcionava e a temperatura interior estava nos 28,7ºC. Quando questionei a receção, informaram que o ar condicionado era controlado centralmente e que não era possível fazer nada. Tive de dormir com a janela aberta em fevereiro, o que não corresponde ao nível esperado para um hotel desta categoria.
