We only stayed for one night but found everything really good. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. What more can you ask for

I think it needs to be clear that the hotel car parking is an additional fee each night of stay. The heating was broken on the first night so the room was freezing but quickly repaired the next morning

It was perfect to be honest. It was actually better than our 3 star plus hotel in Corfu!

Accessibility to shops and restaurants are close by. In a good location.

2nd time we have stopped at this hotel i would highly recommend

I didt expect much from a chain hotel but thia Holiday Inn was amazing! Spotlessly clean, everything we needed was provided, staff were all welcoming and friendly, the hotel smelt lovely as you walked in and the breakfast was amazing! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely staff and decent amenities. The room was good. The lift was very slow and the coffee machine was broken for 3 out of our 4 day stay. Breakfast was good otherwise and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Everything about the stay was fine. Staff really friendly and breakfast was great. Also hotel was quiet. Only negatives I would say is that the room was really warm and the aircon didn't seem to work very well despite it being really loud even when "turned off". Also I'm not sure why they don't just wrap in cost of parking (only £5 per night) into the cost of the room as I would have thought most people drive here.

Room ok, breakfast area cramped,eg just one coffee macine and toaster, some cutlery not available, yet nice bacon and sausages.

All staff were great. Went out of way to do what they could to make stay best they could.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The entire place was extremely clean and well maintained — there was no unpleasant smell at all, and even the carpet looked fresh and new. Breakfast was also quite nice. Although the variety wasn’t huge, the croissants were delicious. I also appreciated that they offered takeaway cups, so I could grab a coffee before heading out — a very thoughtful touch. Overall, I was really satisfied with the experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Burton Upon Trent by IHG. The room was very clean and comfortable, exactly what I was hoping for. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay!

All good and nice and clean

Great service. Rooms on the small side for families but clean and has everything you need. Fab breakfast. £5 charge for parking which I felt was unnecessary really as the car park was quiet and hotel was in an industrial area not a busy town centre.

Had interconnecting rooms (just as and they'll sort it out for you) which was great, breakfast was really nice, staff were friendly. All round a lovely wxpery
