It was wonderful place at Banff

This is an excellent property with some amazing staff members at the property. I wish I knew all their names but they were absolutely amazing. My only feedback would be that their dinner menu needs a revamp for sure. It’s not bad at all, but more options wouldn’t hurt. I’ll be back at this property again next time.

Quiet location with a 20 minute walk into town.

Fantastic location. Clean, welcoming, vibrant and great ambience and amenities. Used the hot tub every day. Loved the size of room and bathroom. There were so many animals and a closeness to nature. Loved it!!

clean room friendly staff food was excellent

Our stay was 15/10. Would highly recommend staying here. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely come back to stay longer. I love the rustic feel of the entire grounds. You must try the Beef and Bison burger at The Prow restaurant.

Lovely lodge with balcony, great bathroom & comfortable bed. Really nice room, good restaurant although little pricey. You get a free bus pass for Banff which is handy. Main issue 300 CAD hold on card, as security deposit for a 2 night stay, I’m waiting for it to credit back on my card, I’m sure it will but these ‘deposits’ are unnecessary & inconvenient, we’re travelling around & keep getting these, they take time to credit back! Only real issue here, hot tub could have been better & gym.

Property was clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was no laundry area you has to go to laundromat in town. I would expect a place of their size to have a laundry so guests can launder clothes.

Outside hot tub was perfect for cold night. Provided firewood for our room fireplace.

Room was subpar. Looks completely different than the photos so please be prepared for that when booking especially if you don’t upgrade your room. We found stains on our towels. Every set had a new stain. Even though they were small it was still gross. Bathroom has water damage and the shower head is old and crusty. Overall a fine room to stay in when just used for sleeping but when spending 300$ plus for each night you would hope it was what they showed in the pictures. Will not be returning.

Room was clean, fireplace works amazing, staff is very pleasant and helpful, hotter was a nice elegant upgrade amd spacious, and food was elegant. I recommend.

Great location!

Room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely return when in Banff again. Can’t recommend enough.
