객실은 깨끗하고 모든 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 하지만 제가 도착했을 때는 체크인을 위해 오랫동안 기다리고 있는 고객이 꽤 많았습니다. 아기를 데리고 갔는데, 앉아서 기다릴 곳도 없고, 마실 물이나 차도 없었습니다.

What can I say apart from wow, always love the Sofitel brand wherever I stay but Saigon Plaza was especially amazing with awesome staff and great service.

Sofitel is located at District 1. Room is comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Had a nice Stay.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to!

The hotel does not let guest to bring visitors to their room and fail to inform this to me. My guest was treated like he was somekind of a bad person or a criminal. The rule starts at 9PM in the evening which I think is ridiculous for busy people now who usually starts their evening late to enjoy the night with colleagues or family. Even after I told them my guest would only spend a few minutes while waiting for me to get ready, hotel still didn’t let me invite him to my room. Very dissapointed with how the hotel handled this issue. I know it is the gevernment regulation (or so the hotel claimed it to be but when asked to show the particular law, hotel couldn’t do it) however guest should be informed well, not just a small print on check-in form which usually only contain standard info. I have stayed in different sofitels and other 4-5 stars before but this is the first time such thing happened to me. Hopefully, the hotel can address this issues for their own good. Thank you
