Gave us the only dark, no balcony room on the floor, (30+ apartments), FALSELY claiming the hotel was “full”, and refused to change the room, after our requests - while hotel parking was only 25% taken, we cold reserve 1 bedroom apt (the same we had) on 2 websites, for that day, w/o any problem …. Overal BERY BAD management - do NOT recommend …

Sentral beliggenhet til strand (Cala Gran) og sentrum. En del av hotellet ligger mot bargate hvor det var karaoke hver kveld med høy lyd frem til 00:00. Fint og rent, god standard på rommene. Lytt mellom soverommene, kunne høre plystring og prat. Bra bassengområde og stedet virker ny oppusset i resepsjon og frokostområde. Bar og kjøkken ved bassengområdet.

Renholdet var bra og ryddig område.Betjening hyggelig

The accommodation is not safe at all. Our belongings were stolen and the hotel management was not helpful and They also said that this place is not safe.

Really cozy and nice appartment, nice personal and seems like a good location. Unfortunately we only had to stay one night due to another booking, but definitely a place we will consider to visit again

Las camas no eran muy cómodas. La habitación bastante grande, la cocina equipada aunque la nevera muy ruidosa. Buena ubicación, cerca de playas y del centro

Tired old room and bedding covers. Room smelled, old chocolate wrappers under the bed, no daily service. Noisy aircon that kept turning on by itself. Terrible.

Great overnight stay. Check in took time but due to forms for covid. But excellent safety in place. Would stay again.

Déco vieillotte, lits pas très confortables (mais ça a été le cas dans tous les hôtels de Majorque). Par contre jacuzzi fermé ! Nous l'avions réservé pour ça, déçue.
