매우 친절한 서비스와 좋은 시설.

굉장한 환대. 훌륭한 음식. 편안한 분위기.

저는 인도네시아의 5성급 호텔에 여러 번 묵었고, 동남아시아 최초의 5성급 호텔에서 3년 동안 살기도 했습니다. 하지만 다르마왕사 호텔은 저에게 핵심적인 기억을 열어주었습니다. 이 호텔의 시대를 초월한 우아함과 '소박한 사치'는 오래도록 기억에 남을 만한 인상을 남겼습니다. 직원들의 환대 덕분에 도착한 지 10분 만에도 잊지 못할 추억이 되었습니다. Pak Hamdan은 제 유아에게 Jali라는 인형을 선물했고, Mas Basly와 Mas Irwan은 원활한 체크인/아웃을 도와주었고, 계획에 없던 장기 체류에도 도움을 주었습니다. 다르마왕사 호텔의 모든 직원들이 얼마나 아이들에게 친절한지 알게 된 것은 씁쓸하면서도 놀라운 일이었습니다. 제 딸은 모든 직원들과 편안하게 대화를 나누었고, 직원들은 대화를 시작할 뿐만 아니라 언제 우아하게 끝낼지 정확히 알고 있었습니다. Mas Riyan, Mba Sandra, Bpk. Ahmadi, Bpk. David, Bpk에게 특별히 감사드립니다. Edi에게 세심한 아침 식사 서비스와 수영장에서 딸을 즐겁게 해준 Mas Johan에게 감사드립니다. 특히 Mba Diah는 제 딸을 위해 즐거운 "수영장 옆 그림 그리기" 활동을 조직하는 데 도움을 주었고, 저는 Mba Diani와 편안한 마사지를 즐겼습니다. 또한, 저는 개별적으로 언급할 수 없지만, 제 가족의 요청에 세심하게 도움을 준 다른 분들께도 감사드립니다. 2박을 했지만, 호텔에서 제공하는 모든 시설을 이용할 수는 없었습니다. 딸과 저는 대부분 시간을 편안한 수영장에서 보냈고, 그래서 장기 체류를 수영장 전망이 있는 Senior Executive Room으로 업그레이드했습니다. 자카르타의 번잡함에서 멀리 떨어진(중심지에 위치했음에도 불구하고) 호텔의 평화롭고 편안한 분위기 덕분에 머무는 동안 엄청나게 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 처음 방문했는데, 이보다 더 만족스러울 수는 없었습니다. 따뜻하고 잊을 수 없는 경험으로 제 가족에게 활력을 불어넣어 주셔서 감사합니다. 특히 자카르타 외 지역에서 온 신규 이민자에게 강력히 추천합니다!

호텔은 매우 좋은 분위기와 친절한 직원을 갖추고 있습니다. 호텔 위치가 자카르타 중심부에 있지만 그렇게 보이지는 않습니다.

친절한 직원, 맛있는 음식, 깨끗한 객실, 항상 준비된 서비스, 다음에 또 묵을 예정입니다. 감사합니다.

A very comfortable hotel for business meetings or staycations for families, even though the rooms are old, the interior & ambiance is very unique and homely. The national food is very delicious and the service is friendly, especially the waitress named Angela who is very helpful. There is one thing that is unique and very comfortable, namely the indoor swimming pool.

The hotel facilities are very good, starting from a charming lobby, nice rooms, to a beautiful swimming pool, especially with an amazing indoor swimming pool. Another important point is that the food in Jakarta restaurants is very delicious, from breakfast to lunch. In particular, some of the waiters are very friendly and very helpful, for example: Mr. Fadli, Ms. Angela, & the supervisor, Mr. Fredi.

First time staying at this hotel. Huge rooms and bathrooms but rather outdated. So many switches for the lights but many did not function properly. The carpets were somewhat stained here and there. The bed was super comfortable and big. We had a good sleep during new year 's eve. We went during new year 's eve so we had dinner at the hotel. The buffet was amazing, especially the seafood bar. We booked the room for breakfast but was kind of disappointed with the quality. Next time I am staying here I will choose the no breakfast option as there are so many good options for breakfast and brunches within the area. Also you could opt for GoFood and they will allow you to do it. Other than that, I was pleased to have stayed here. Will definitely come back for a staycation or two.

Super comfy, very spacious, friendly staff, great environment!

My requirements are basically two things. A bathtub and a balcony/terrace, period. Everything else are of less deciding factor when finding a hotel room/villa. That ' s why I'm still very satisfied even when I don't drive european car so I can't park in front of the lobby, or even when there were mosquitoes hiding in the room ' s wardrobe/closet. Food was beyond exceptional that it justified the price tag. Hotel staffs went above and beyond but not overly attentive which met my preference. Would definitely come back when the need arise.

Harganya sesuai dengan suasana hotel, semua petugas hotel ramah, protokol kesehatan benar-benar dilaksanakan dengan ketat, kebersihan hotel dan fasilitas tidak usah diragukan, will be back!

Ad sedikit masalah di air pas paginya.

? Twas so great staying in here, suasana nya sangat menenangkan. Fasilitas in room lengkap, amenities pun lengkap. Namun ada baiknya disediakan lift dari basement ke lobby serta petunjuk masuk ke lobby dari basement karena kemarin agak bingung masuk dari basement ke atas lewat mana. Overall good, will be back soon?

Luas dan nyaman, makanannya enak, semua staff sangat ramah.

Hotel yang nyaman untuk staycation. Staff ramah terutama yang namanya Pak Eko. Makanan enak. Tempat tidur yang enak dan suasana kolam renang yang asri.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, higienis dan pelayanan dari seluruh karyawan sangat sempurna dan sapaan (dengan senang hati) betul-betul terasa melegakan dan mendamaikan, seluruh fasilitas hotelnya juga sangat memukau, apalagi bedroom dan bathroomnya.

I love Dharmawangsa, been here since I was a kid, a big fan of Jaya Ibrahim's work for this hotel and I love their sunday brunch. Yet, I was a little bit shocked, the service was so so, everyone seemed not in a good mood. The room feels outdated and dirty, bathtub had a bit stained here and there, broken hair dryer, broken safe deposit box (seriously?), and lack of health protocols. The pool closed at 4 pm for hotel guests, except for the residents who live there, funny right? I know. I love their service back then, but now, not so much.
