Was a good place for 2 nights, but the property, rug, room, bathroom are all rundown. Overall people at the desk and 2 ladies at the breakfast Buffet are very nice.

Staff was friendly. Rooms and bathrooms especially were very dated and haven't been updated in a while.

The staff at check in and check out were so great! Bed wasn’t too comfortable but everything was great!

Mediocre. The pictures make it seem but nicer than it is. The bar was nice and most of the staff were great.

The pool was occupied most of our stay with private swim lessons. You can still use the pool however you feel crammed to one side and can’t really enjoy your swim.

Very friendly front desk team. They Kindly placed me in a larger room to avoid proximity to elevator noise. Comfortable bed. Attentive breakfast staff too, but the food in the buffet could be kept warmer.

I never stayed at this property. It was an error. I never paid to stay at this property. I am at the home suites 2 for five days.. you are probably going to get a rejection from my credit card as I am not staying at this hotel. I left the hotel in fact because it does not have proper handicapped rooms, breaching handicapped laws and I had major issues with them. I’m reporting them to Donald Trump. Now I got a beautiful suite that I’m staying in for even less money than I was staying there and people I can understand that actually speak English. It’s quiet and congenial people aren’t lazy and they want to do their jobs. It’s exceptionally clean and they very orderly have all the handicap rooms all on one floor, which I thought was very unique of this hotel instead of having them spread across the whole hotel. And they’re very homelike environment. In the future, I’m gonna be a traveling nurse and I may have found the perfect place to stay in. Somewhere where I can work and go visit my family that’s all across Massachusetts New Hampshire, Florida, Connecticut, California, etc. I don’t know what the error was and how this happened but I never put and save my credit card information.

The property was fantastic. The rooms were clean. Everything was up-to-date. You might not think that truly when you pull up but the inside is nice and the people that work there are unbelievable and they have a heated pool so if you have kids that is a plus I would like to say They do need some type of Matt around the pool area. It is very slippery and I did witness a lot of kids fall so I would just say have your kids wear their flip-flops or crocs to the edge of the pool for when they get out so they don’t slip and fall
