오래된 호텔이었으나 관리가 아주 뛰어나고 나름대로 고풍스러움을 간직한 위치 좋은 호텔로 만족도가 높았던 호텔입니다.

가구라던지 전반적 분위기는 올드합니다. 객실뷰는 별로지만 정원으로 올라가면 어마무시하게 뷰가좋습니다. 객실은 가격대비 비싼느낌이고 직원들은 친절합니다.일부직원은 바빠서그런지,어때서그런지모르겠지만 영어를 똑바로 발음을안하면 못알아듣겠다고 인상을쓰긴 합니다. 지낼때는 큰 신경안썼는데 다른호텔로 옮기고 나서 피곤한상태에서 대충 단어만 몇마디 내뱉으니 다 알아듣고 상냥하게웃어주던 다른호텔리셉션을 겪고나서 생각해보니 갑자기 울컥 하네요 ㅎㅎ 주차장이 타워식이라서 반드시 발렛을이용해야하고, 저는 머무는동안 주차관련 사고가있었습니다 호텔이 보험을 잘들어놓아서 해결은되었는데 번거롭긴하네요.. 호텔 위치는 최고입니다 그라츠시티구경하실려면 추천드립니다

넘무 좋은 추억을 주는 호텔 아침식사와 직원들의 서빙은 매우훌륭햇고 곳곳의 그림은 눈호강을 주었다 무엇보다 옥상의정원과 뷰는 압권으로 예쁘고 특별한 힐링을 주었다 또가고싶은 베스트 호탤이다

시골지역인 그라츠라는 조그마한 도시에 만족스러운 호텔임

Elegant hotel filled with artworks. Terrace on the hill has really magnificent view. Staffs are very kind and professional. Breakfast was also very fresh and delicious.

Very artistic and impressive. I definitely revisit this hotel later!!!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area even though it’s walkable to a very nice area of the old town. Rooms were comfortable. The staff made the stay feel like home to me. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wir haben wohl als hotel.com User eines der schlechtesten Zimmer erhalten. Im 1 Stock Richtung Strasse mit Strassenlampe die die ganze Nacht ins Zimmer geläuchtet hat. Kasten ist wohl nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt gedacht. Staff sehr freundlich

Et helt fantastisk sjarmerende hotell med utrolig hyggelig betjening. Rommet var supert. Kan virkelig anbefales

Great Location and wonderful staff

Three days in Graz was a wonderful experience. Charming small city with so much to do and see. The hotel was excellent in every way.

This was our first time visiting Graz, Austria, as a stop on our way to Vienna. The town itself is very charming, and the hotel is located just 18 minutes away from Arnold Schwarzenegger's hometown and museum in Thal, a great side trip for fans. We arrived at 1 AM, and the hotel reception was incredibly accommodating despite the late hour. Our room was surprisingly spacious, with a large living area that gave the impression of staying in a private home divided into suites. The many large windows and cozy layout added to the warm, residential feel. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The lobby featured a large, comfortable seating area, and the staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful. One thing worth mentioning is the choice of artwork near the room. Some pieces, particularly a painting of a woman pointing a gun at her head while having birthday cake, felt a bit unsettling and might be considered offensive to some guests. While art is subjective, this piece stood out as a strange choice in an otherwise peaceful setting. Overall, it's a unique and welcoming hotel with a lot of character,especially great if you're looking for something different from a typical chain stay.
