El hotel está bien. La ubicación es buena para ir a la ciudad. Lo terrible fue el olor a cigarrillo que tenía la habitación 402

Super après un long trajet, repos idéal... Chambre confortable, la salle de bain n'est pas insonorisé... Franchement un petit detail Merci aux personnels du restaurant... Menu du soir 👍

Un Hôtel confortable, un extérieur bucolique pour prendre un verre après une longue route, un personnel très sympa et à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes. Le seul point négatif est l'isolation phonique entre les étage. Je conseil cet hébergement qui permet une bonne nuit de sommeil sur la route du Portugal.

Booked this hotel to travel to Burgos to attend Dance World Cup Finals - about 45 mins drive on the motorway. Not a luxury hotel and it’s clean and good bathrooms. Except reception, no other staff spoke English but you can get by. Google Translate came in handy. The hotel turns off the A/C everyday from 1.30 AM till 3.30 PM. First time been in a hotel where the hotel control the A/C in rooms! Have mini fridges in rooms. Restaurant - buffet breakfast with fried eggs and bacon as hot food. Same options everyday. Charge Eur 14/person and not worth it. Lunch and dinner menu varies but nothing exceptional. We drove to Palencia for dinner since there’s a good choice there. Pool - communal and just 2 mins walk. Hotel takes an Eur 10 refundable deposit for fob need to enter pool premises. Have a kids pool as well and there’s green area (sun and shaded) around the pool. Dont forget to ask for pool towels from hotel. Gym - on the 4th floor. Ask reception to open. Have some cardio machines and a weight resistance machine. Good for a hotel like this. Has sauna as well though we didn’t use.

Hotel situé au calme, accueil convenable et très bon petit déjeuner, parking souterain fermé. La chambre très spacieuse a une déco qui date un peu, mais confortable et propre. Parfait pour dormir une nuit sur le trajet menant au Portugal. J’y retournerai sans hésiter. Hall d’accueil et salle de restaurant 5étoiles mais chambre 4 étoiles

Convenient stop on way to Ferry at Santander. Room clean and cold breakfast buffet choice good. Safe parking . Internet variable . Good value

El hotel esta bien pero esta alejado de Palencia y las instalaciones estan muy anticuadas. El servicio de cena fue excelente en atencion y calidad.

De passage pour une seule soirée , bien accueillis ce dimanche . Bien conseillés par l’hôtesse d’accueil pour aller visiter le principal de Palencia.

We booked as an overnight stop on a long drive so we were grateful for a good room and an easy location not far from the main route we were travelling. We were grateful to find a good hotel that was dog friendly as we were travelling with our Cocker Spaniel. The room was a little worn in places but otherwise a very good stay. Good value for an overnight stop.

Hotel básico, le falta actualización, muchos detalles de desgaste.

Buen hotel para una estancia pasajera, con camas cómodas y buena ubicación. A destacar el parking para coches.

Seit 25 Jahren Besuch ich dieses Haus € nicht hat sich verändert oder ist mal modernisiert worden, nach Rücksprache mit den personal, letztes Jahr höre man ja schon Beanstandet, man könne ja ein andres Hotel suchen, soviel zur Treue der Gäste und Wertschätzung 😮‍💨😢😢😢😢 Bilder lassen sich leider nicht hinzufügen…

Hotel por fuera muy bien habitaciones muy mejorables

Hotel de carretera, cómodo pero bastante antiguo. Necesita actualizarse. Decoración sesentera, suelos de moqueta, ducha con cortina (muy poco higienico y da una sensación horrible), llaves de llavero, cortinas que no cierran bien...... la habitación cómoda y el desayuno no está mal. No lo calificaría cómo un 4 estrellas. Además se indica que tiene piscina, pero la piscina no es del hotel, es de la urbanización, hay que pedir la llave... un poco lío.

Although it is dog friendly, if you have a dog you cannot use the hotel facilities. Your dog is only allowed in reception and your room. There is no where you can use the dining facilities or have breakfast if you have a dog with you. There is no where near the hotel that you can eat or purchase food and drinks. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

We stayed 1 night. Excellent service from the moment we entered. Room was a little dated but very clean.

Hotel acogedor. No es moderno pero las instalaciones están bien y la cama muy cómoda. Personal súper amable (recepción, cafetería y piscina)

Perfecto para estar de paso. Puede que le haga falta alguna reformilla, pero se descansa bien para continuar ruta. Para mí muy bien
