Was a quick stay but was restful

Our TV didn’t work, very bad picture. Disappointing.

Front Desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Liked the king size bed room. Only downside was the heater was very noisy. Couldn’t see how to change settings on it.

The room lack amenities and decor no place comfortable to sit except the bed 2 wooden chairs . I would not rebook there again

Great stay

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Booked for 1 night but due to unforeseen circumstances needed to stay an additional night. Although it was a very busy weekend the staff was accommodating and spent sometime re arranging bookings to allow us to stay in our room. Room was clean and I appreciated the clean floors and bathroom

Sorry to have to report….the heater in the room isn’t working properly and blows cold air. There were many dark black long hairs found in the bed when first opening the covers. As well as your front desk agent although very kind was very sick with a cold and blowing his nose and sneezing and then handling all my items.

Very clean. Great bed. Friendly staff.

People were partying in the next room. Kept us up till 5AM. Made multiple calls to the front deak but no action was taken other than warning those folks. Should have been kicked out. They were yelling, shouting, banging doors all night. Frustrating night. Will never go back.

The front desk staff were accommodating and very polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. Love the upgrades, i worked there many years ago as "Will Inns" So it was great to see the makeover!
