Clean hotel with friendly staff. Bed was extremely firm, not great for me but would be for others. Breakfast was ok.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this location. Everyone was joyful and seemed happy to be there and happy I was there. Our room was fantastic, the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It was an all around wonderful experience, thank you!

Excellent breakfast! Only complaint was the slip of the walk in shower-it never totally dried. The toilet barely cleared the bathroom door and in the dark I banged my leg. We also found a used hair rubber band under the bathmat like maybe the shower hadn’t been cleaned.

Staff friendly. Easy check in.Great breakfast. Room very clean. Only complaint bath towels stored on a rack inside shower that is very high and I couldn't reach them. Luvkily my husband is tall. But our room was an ADA room...how could a person in a wheelchair have managed? Otherwise excellent property very convenient location and we will go there again.

I always choose Hyatt properties when available because they have the most comfortable beds and room to spread out. Unfortunately, this stay was somewhat less than ideal due to a group of teen girls running up and down the hallway, screaming and laughing loudly until well after 10pm. I asked them to be quiet just before 10, but it continued until about 10:30 when I heard another adult scolding them.

Really enjoyed the property. It was clean, the staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. It would be nice if breakfast opened at 6:30 on the weekends.

Everything was very clean. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The hallway did have a “wet-cleat” smell, but there was a boys soccer team staying and it did rain, so…lol. There was plenty of parking and the pool was nice.

Quiet, clean hotel in a nice area convenient to I-35. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice restaurants nearby.

Loved This Place! Would Totally Stay Again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just got back from a stay here and honestly, it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home from the second I walked in. They were always smiling and happy to help with whatever I needed. My room was super clean. Everything looked fresh, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. You can tell they actually care about keeping the place nice. Now let’s talk about the breakfast—amazing. Probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They had a ton of choices, everything was fresh and hot! I actually looked forward to getting up in the morning just for breakfast (which says a lot). The location was great too—close to tons of food spots and right near the interstate, so getting around was super easy. Whether I wanted a quick bite or needed to hit the road, it was all right there. Overall, just a great stay. Super clean, super friendly, and super convenient. Would 100% stay here again!

My only complaint is no where to put clothes away. They may cat or to the live out of a suitcase crowd but there was nothing to put clothes away in.

Clean hotel convenient to I35. Nice, quiet safe area.

No area to hang clothes, a small wardrobe with 2 hangers will be great

We’ve stayed here several times because it is near our relatives and close to the highways. The hotel is consistently clean, everything works, sheets and towels are clean and good quality. the rooms are laid out for convenience and comfort. The free breakfast has plenty of choices, even tortillas. We will continue to stay here in future.

The property was well kept and staff was very nice helpful. We were there for medical and plan to make several visits. We signed up for the World of Hyatt since we will be there several more times.

Beautiful setting and rooms wonderful! Will stay there again!
