It has a great location and a beautiful view of the marina and Lake Ontario .We will recommend this location to friends and family.This trip was to attend a family wedding.The on site restaurant had a beautiful view of the lake with great staff to attend to our needs .Bill from Ottawa Canada.

Room great. Fabulous balcony view of the lake and marina. Only neg was the very noisy air conditioner. Restaurant great too!

Room was clean and esthetically pleasing. There was a bit of mold starting on some of the grout in the shower area, but didn't bother me enough to complain. Balcony was lovely to enjoy a drink and read, although I wish it were cleaner (like a sweep at least). The view over the marina and the lake was beautiful. Will definitely be going back.

Air conditioning could be replaced with something that will seal properly and allow the room to actually cool rather than be muggy/humid. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and had a lovely view of Lake Ontario! Staff was very friendly! Would stay here again!

Clean, quiet and a great view from the balcony. Staff were helpful. Internet not the best unfortunately but overall I enjoyed my stay there.

Our room had a balcony looking out to the lake , very peaceful, The room was very clean and the bed comfy , The bathroom is renovated and very clean . We checked in quickly It’s a close drive to wineries and other spots

This place is located right on the lake and the upper floors have balcony's to enjoy the view. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't try it. It has the things we require from a motel: safe, comfy beds, 3 bath towels, doesn't smell like cleaning solution, fridge and microwave & quiet. One note of warning that there is no elevator. Will stay again when in the area.

Pool 9am to 9pm not useful at all and a shame that a beautiful thay size remains empty in the morning or night when people could train and get good active livinf done. Pool window opened to all who come in front desk as no privacy and this would have been of a immense concern for people outside pool area taking pictures. And just looking: very intimidating. No snack bar, no convenience store, no restaurant opened passed 8pm! Make sure you bring them with you. Breakfast included but not served before 7am! I couldn't have mine as departure was 615am to attend my conference. I sense I paid this and wasted my money. Especially when breakfast are ''continental'' type, they should accommodate guests' schedule. Location is a gem and I did appreciate the upgrade to a suite but I wonder if this was only offer to free the pet room since my plans had changed and did not travel with pet. It was still nice. Tub was very small but glad that there was one: shamefully, most hotel now have taken all the tubs out. Planty of hot water. Pipes are very loud so sorry neighbors if this was too early and too late. The outside terrace of the restaurant wasn't open-ended yet and this was a shame since the weather was 20 sunny and beautiful. The hotel seemed to be understaffed. When asked to have check on room I was told no it separate and when I got the invoice, the lines for room check was on the tab. Miscommunication. Restaurant service was good.

Beautiful view

Very nicely located with a beautiful view on the lake and little marina. Very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. Easy parking. Complimentary breakfast in a relaxed settings with the view from the large windows. Air conditioning was a little noisy. I didn't find creamer for the coffee machine. Otherwise, everything was perfect and the price was great!

Incredible world class scenery

Our room was clean. We had a balcony overlooking Lake Ontario. The view was wonderful! We drove to a nearby beach and enjoyed walking in the Lake. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was good.

It is a nice hotel. Perfect location, clean rooms, beautiful view, and the staff were really nice. They also had an amazing breakfast, and a nice and clean pool. I recommend it.

Bathroom was dirty noise was horrible couldn’t sleep because you hear everything from the room above us
