Carolina라는 직원분이 너무나 친절하고 상냥하게 일을 잘 처리해줘서 너무 안심되고 좋았었습니다. 해외 출장을 많이 다니는 편인데, 이렇게 친절하고 상냥한 직원을 본 적은 없었어요. 감사합니다.

A small fridge in the room would have been a bonus. Also there was a kettle but no cups or spoon in the room.

Great value for the price. Would stay again. 24hr bar area with comfy seating. Didn't try the wifi but it's free. The heating/cooling system is a little strange. According to a note on the wall of the room, it stays at 20 degress Celsius when you turn it on. So if it's warmer than 20 in the room, it cools it down and if it's lower than 20 in the room, it warms it up, in theory. Couldn't really tell. Ended up keeping it off for most of my stay. Bed was comfy, breakfast was fantastic. Cost about 13 quid but was full breakfast, including scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, croissants, muffins, toast, baked beans, all kinds of cheeses, yoghurt, ham, salami, a variety of juices, coffee, tea, mushrooms, you name it. There is parking within the complex but you need to set your departure time at the machine yourself. Note that if you are leaving at the noon checkout time, you might want to set your departure time at the machine to 1pm just in case. You get penalized if you parking for any more than 15 mins longer than the departure time you entered in the machine so be careful with that and set it for later. I think it's the same price for up to 24hrs of parking anyway. The staff were super helpful, very courteous and accommodating. Definitely A+ stay. It's about a 10 min walk to Barking station, where you can connect to central London via c2c, District Line or Hammersmith & City line. There are a few restaurants less than 10 mins walk too. Ghanian one was interesting.

Nice place but no in-room iron and ironing board, no refrigerator, no microwave, they wouldn't even let me use their microwave to heat up my dinner that I ordered in.

Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time!! Everything was old and dated! The bathroom was a plastic pod put in the room, felt like I was in a caravan. The carpet was dirty, the room fan made a humming noise all night, it just felt old and dirty! I went for the ibis over the ibis budget next door as it was cheaper but you’d also assume nicer than the budget, hugely wrong! Breakfast was poor! Only scrambled eggs out, I asked for fried or another form of egg and was told the only option was scrambled. Very budget, not nice, certainly don’t stay here or an ibis again!

Thet check us in late due to power cut out , for 3 hours , we were tired of waiting , the staff are rude ! I want my money back Expedia ,, The room is very hot , cars noise didn’t allow us sleep very useless hotel

The room looks very old and uncomfortable the breakfast menu was a disaster

The room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom door had a 1 inch gap at the bottom of it, and another 1 inch gap at the top, and it didn’t close properly, you had to slam it to close it and therefore walking everybody up in the room and probably everybody else along the corridor, upstairs and downstairs. The cheapest Nescafé sachets of coffee in the room, and no conditioner in the bathroom (only shampoo). Location also awful.
