객실 인테리어가 노후되어 있습니다만, 럭셔리한 실내를 기대하진 않았기때문에 그럭저럭 불만은 없는 수준입니다. (에어컨은 없는듯 하네요. 선풍기가 구비되어 있습니다. ) 그 외에 공용공간이나 레스토랑 등은 고성호텔에서 기대할 만한 훌륭한 분위기입니다. 한번쯤 경험해볼 만한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

Once in a lifetime experience with an exceptionally friendly staff, gorgeous air conditioned rooms, an incredible pool and lovely dinner experience overlooking the valley. The grounds are gorgeous as is the drive in. 10/10!

Lovely hotel with great value

Séjour en amoureux au château d'Artigny. Le lieu est très beau et a du cachet et les installations sont bien (piscine, pádel, tennis, pétanque). Il n'y a avait pas la climatisation dans la chambre, il faisait une chaleur abominable, apparemment c'était temporaire mais il n'empêche. Il y avait des insectes (punaises) accrochées en haut de la tapisserie. J'ai demandé de la glace le soir car il faisait extrêmement chaud. J'ai rappelé 45mn plus tard, le room service avait tout simplement oublié. Enfin, on nous a dit qu'il y avait des terrains de padel pour les invités et nous avons appris À POSTÉRIORI que la location de raquette était payante. Honnêtement assez déçu du niveau de service au vu du standing auquel prétend l'établissement. Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur le spa ça nous n'y avons pas été.

Super séjour, le château eat magnifique et les terrains de paddle sont super! Le restaurant est excellent, service A1!

Beautiful château, friendly staff, and very good food. We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that after visiting chateaux the whole day we got to stay in one. A charming experience overall!

Juste parfait

We really enjoyed our stay. A romantic hotel in a castle. A pleasant and cozy spa, though a bit small in terms of capacity.

Hotels.com disappointed me for the first time. The photos show a castle, but the accommodation is somewhere else. We thought we would be staying inside the castle, but we ended up in a different section outside. Those booking accommodation should be careful.

The place was clean & impressive, though perhaps slightly faded. Lots of space & easy parking. All staff were fantastic towards us, especially the sommelier, Karim. Stairs perhaps a bit complicated.
