Customer service representative was not friendly Room was dirty Towels and linens were stained and in bad shape

Ac not working well. The comforters had big stains on them. Water damage in room that had not been fixed yet. It was so bad we just left and didn't even stay there and had to go somewhere else. And the room was non refundable so we paid $100. for nothing.

Enjoyed the stay everything was perfect and peaceful

I didn't like the run down shape of the property. Stained towels, no hand towels.

Was only there for a matter of 40 minutes and dirty towel. By hot tub im room and dead doodle bug on floor in bathroom. And when moved chairs bu desk an German cockroaches ran out!!!!! Got my bags and left immediately!!!!!. But the staff would not give us any kind of refund. Tried to act like it was normal that the cockroaches come in from the street. Absolutely. Despicable, they should have gave us A refund we are honest people!! Room was a $130. And I don't think they even gave us 30 bucks back. Maybe 33 not sure, but the whole refund should have been given back due to the cockroaches. I told the owner not to rent that room out again. Until pest control comes, he said we sprayed last week. Wont be Going there ever again!! The pictures on the app are most certainly deceiving because it is old and run down not new.

This was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen. I bought Clorox from a nearby store and cleaned it myself.

The place is a bit rough, but it’s shelter. Bed spread had cigarette holes in them, toilet didn’t flush properly, and the “breakfast” consisted of a few tiny bagels and enough corn flakes to fill a few bowls.

Its sole saving grace is location

Checked in just after 8pm and got straight in a shower. When i got out i found roaches on my clean shirt laid on the bathroom counter as well as a dead one on the counter by the hairdryer (which was broken exposing the fan inside). Another roach was climbing on the toilet and another on the floor by the bed. Another crawled on me when i was sitting on the bed. Two different kinds of roaches everywhere once you turned down the lights and started looking. I finished the movie i was watching, gathered my belongings and went to the office to check out as i couldnt sleep there with the roaches. They asked if i just wanted another room but the chances that just the one room has a roach infestation are impossible and i didnt want to play room roulette looking for one i didnt notice roaches in. I returned my key and was charged $99 for my shower and movie with the roaches. Aside from the roaches the condition of the bedding is very poor stained and burn holes.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. The toilet in our first room was disconnected and the room smelled like mold. They moved us rooms the the room was a mess and was extremely dusty. Would never stay there and I hope many more stay away.

Mercy. Where do I start. First of all, if you have any preconceived notions or ideas “it can’t be that bad”… think again. Now if you’re a lover of the smell of cat piss (literally knock you off your feet), pubes on the floor / bed, blood on the walls, cockroaches, sheets that most definitely have not been washed, black mold covering the shower and pillows that were stuffed with balled up fists of Cotten balls…. THIS HOTEL is your Ritz. Not my families cup of tea however. That said, we spent around 7 minutes too long discovering all these treasures! It was late and even after my wife and I pondered “we can do it just ONE night”, ultimately the fear of contracting staph or something of the sort smacked us back to our senses. We lugged all our suitcases back down the oddly sized statues to our rental car and transferred to the Comfort Inn up the road (which in retrospect was absolutely delightful). Look, I get things get busy. I understand being overbooked, but this place was absolutely empty and a complete nightmare. If the apocalypse occurs and it’s the last resort, I would still question whether or not to shelter here. The fallout might be a better option.
