Vraiment une horrible expérience que cet hôtel qui se dit etre un 4 etoiles uniquement parce qu'il a une piscine sur le toit. Le petit déjeuner était OK mais uniquement du café soluble vraiment immonde (pour être en Italie franchement ça craint, d'autant plus pour un "4 étoiles"). Dès notre arrivée, on a essayé de nous donner une chambre vraiment dégueulasse, avec une vieille moquette sale et trouée, une salle de bain vraiment vétuste et une vue sur décharge urbaine et immeuble en démolition. Catastrophe.

Asiallinen aamiainen ja allas oikein hyvä. Hotelli oli homeinen, nenä meni tukkoon ja yskin jatkuvasti hotellissa ollessani. Kun olin muualla, niin pystyin hengittämään vapaammin ja oloni kohentui. Käytävät olivat tahraisia ja haisivat pahalle. Lisäksi hotellin ympäristö oli ruma, turvaton sekä sijainti kaukana keskustasta. En voi suositella hotellia.

Bon hôtel! À noter que la piscine est accessible seulement avec bonnets de bain. La chambre était impeccable et climatisée :)

The building is modern and well maintained. Our room was large, clean and the air con nice and quiet. Best asset is it has a outside pool, which are rare in Central Palermo. The downside was the pool was on the roof with no shade and no umbrellas. Unless you like being roasted alive, you can only use the pool area early or late in the day. You are also required to buy a swimming cap to go in the pool. A taxi from the centre of town to the hotel cost us €25 but there are buses to the railway station from the street outside.

Didn’t feel welcomed at all

The hotel itself was good, and the room was cleaned every day. However, the location was very disappointing. The beach closest to the hotel was closed, so we had to take three buses to reach Mondello Beach. The area around the hotel smelled strongly of rubbish, and it was very noisy because of the nearby bus depot, with buses constantly sounding their horns. Public transport was unreliable, as the buses to the city centre were often late. There were also no shops, restaurants, or other facilities within walking distance. Unfortunately, the city centre also smelled of rubbish, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not choose to visit Sicily again.

Over het algemeen was alles oké qua kamers, ontbijt en voldoende parking Met het personeel hebben wij geen contact gehad Alleen 1 opmerking over de zeer slechte/ trage kwaliteit van de WIFI op de kamer je kon geen pc of telefoon gebruiken om tv te kijken, deze viel steeds uit

The first room we were given there was no working AC. It took contacting the front desk 3 times for them to finally tell us that it was broken in the room and they couldn't fix it. They then offered us a different room that was not on the renovated portion of the hotel. So we move rooms and this room was only slightly better. The AC was at least somewhat functional, but not nearly as functional as the ones in the working renovated rooms. There were plastered up holes on the walls and mold in the shower. The next day the only light went completely out in the bathroom and it took going to the front desk another three times to get that fixed. The breakfast was decent and there is sufficient parking, but could not in good conscience recommend this hotel.

Very good location for traveling to small towns outside of Palermo and for Palermo itself.

Slidt og beskidt. Pool område ikke muligt at bruge, vinduer så beskidte man dårligt kan se ud. Det svarer ikke til 4 stjerner og billeder er taknemmelige God beliggende

Great hotel & very much enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and cleaned everyday, plenty of toiletries available. The breakfast (included) was great and had lots of options as well as being very tasty. There is a small gym which does the job and definitely better than most hotel gyms. Free car park with plenty of space which was ideal. Great views and lots of space to sit outside or in the lobby. The staff were all so kind, friendly and helpful. Overall, was a great hotel and would highly recommend.

Be under no dellusions, at very best a 2-star hotel. Currently undergoing major renovation with severe disruption & noise. Some rooms renovated, many ongoing & others in bad repair, decades out of date. Initially given a South facing refurbished room, but no air condtioning. Apparently council prevent its use until May/June (but not outlined in hotel adverts). Room was an absolute oven day & night, plus unbearable construction & traffic noise with windows open & imposible to sleep. Complained about this & medical issues over next 2-days. No result until I then threw a tantrum at lobby. Manager wouldn't admit to being manager & ran off. Eventually 30mins later a part time staff member issued a North facing older room in poor repair. Much cooler, but no electrics. Complained, but elecs not repaired until following day at 1130pm, post further complaints. Problem was shorted out hairdryer & trip switches, all needing replaced. Bathroom also in bad repair (extractor not working & toliet seat loose & broken). Electric kept going off at times & needed electricians to attend/reset. Room cooler, but very poor decor. Self serve breakfast on 14th floor very basic & guests chased away at 10am, because they want to clear/clean room by 10am (despite breakfast being 7-10am). Noise & disruption of many student parties also totally unbearable, staff unhelpful, rooms/facilities a disaster, pool was closed & food poor. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Totally avoid this torturious hotel!

lodi per lo staff accogliente, la vicinanza alle attrazioni, stanze moderne e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ottimo parcheggio.

Bela vista, um bom café de manhã quarto amplo e confortável, hotel precisando de uma reforma.
