Staff was very friendly

The staff were friendly and pleasant—no issues there at all. However, I had a hard time sleeping due to loud footsteps and creaking noises from the floor above. The pillows and bed didn’t suit me, and I ended up with back pain. The bathroom tiles were yellowed and looked quite dirty. Also, the lightbulb in the bathroom was flickering when I arrived. (That said, the front desk staff handled this issue wonderfully.)

Just staying one night, but I felt comfortable and relaxed to sleep well.

The pool was so clean! I was impressed. Breakfast items could have had more variation. Overall it was fine.

Nice!!

Spent the weekend with my grandkids there! Check in was awesome! The desk person gave us menus for restaurants that delivered to the hotel which is fantastic because we are from rural Saskatchewan and don’t do skip the dishes! The kids loved the pool and spent a ton of time in it!

Good location for Calgary area

From the moment I walked in to register my experience was excellent. I booked 2 rooms requested adjoining or close by that was accommodated. Rooms were ready ahead of check in. Beautiful rooms Excellent beds. Best sleep ever. Not sure about the noise of McLeod Trail in Calgary. My room was so quiet. Good selection for breakfast and superb coffee from the machine. Very fresh. . Excellent stay thank you

Everything was great nothing to complain about

Super friendly staff! Room was excellent!!!!!

There were allot of positive with our experience but a few negative issues. The front desk person on check in was great. The suite was nice and the breakfast was decent. We rented a Jacuzzi suite. We ran the water and it started to create a white foam. It was really gross. The fridge also didn't get very cold. On check out I complained to the front desk about the issues and all I got was okay I will pass that along. I paid allot of money for a room that was pretty much useless. Not a happy customer.

the bed is saggy the bedding’s made me itchy, towels have stains, breakfast is so bad
