Great staff

I felt like I was staying at a friend's house for the night for the fact that I only had a thin sheet to sleep with , my black out curtain was half off, and the mini fridge went through loud spells.

I dont think i will be staying here again it was like a motel 8 the room smelled like urine and we got charged twice for our room

Old property, not managed properly. Staff don’t care about medical help of clients Rooms are very poor and old compared to advertised on site

Family friendly hotel

the toilet had a leak and washroom floor was wet. Tickets for waterpark at front desk was sold for 2 days came out to $570 for 5 of us. The front desk personnel was being difficult when I asked if there was a water package for 4.

It was very clean.

There was no AC available. They told us they want turn on the AC during this period of the year.

Easy to get around to various restaurants, stores, etc. close to the main strip. Good spot for the cost. Staff was friendly. Hotel could use a little updating but not a deal breaker. Who wants to go to Niagara Falls to sit in the hotel room anyways? I’d go back

Very old facilities and need to pay feo everything from four bottle waters per day to parking, nothing is included in the room rate. Walls as thin as paper make sure you can know whatever your neighbor is doing. Not recommended and will come back.

When we woke up there was a cockroach on our bed. Probably would not stay at Skyline Hotel ever again. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The service

Everything was fine, except there was dust on the nightstand, TV stand, and the bed. I could feel the pressure (they weren't comfortable), which is why I'm giving them three stars.

No air conditioning, no heating, no ventilation, no TV, we need to open window for breathing. We talked to front desk staff about the situation, the staff replied that the weather is cool, no matter they turn on air conditioning or heating, customer will complain anyway. Very bad experience that I ever had.

Been there three times, good experience for people with kids

It's time to modernize this hotel with new smart TVs, multiple ports for cell phones, ad maps for guests.
