넓은 테라스와 바다가 보이는 뷰가 참 맘에 들었습니다ㆍ 하지만 식기도구에서 냄새(향수)가 심하게 나서 요리를 망쳤어요. 그리고 세면기의 물이 잘 내려가지 않고 오히려 올라와서 정말 더러웠어요ㆍ그 부분만 개선된다면 좋겠습니다ㆍ

Siempre hemos confiado en la cadena Barceló, y hemos estado en diferentes hoteles de esta cadena y siempre muy contentos, pero este deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones muy viejas, la limpieza escasa (cristales sucios, cortinas sucias y así un largo etc.. una de las toallas tenía hasta un agujero). Al finalizar la estancia comunicamos nuestro descontento y lo único que nos dijeron es que reportarían dichas quejas y que estaban pendientes de una reforma. Por decir algo positivo las camas son cómodas y el desayuno bastante correcto. A mi parecer este hotel desprestigia a la cadena.

Lovely accommodation and nice spacious room. Staff great and everything clean and well maintained. Great breakfast. Few things to note - property on a hillside so be prepared for big hills. Also, rather isolated so very few evening options so prepare for bus/taxis.

Utmärkt frukost. Vacker miljö inom hotellområdet, men svårtillgängligt. Lugnt och avslappnat. Rum i behov av uppfräschning.

Hotel muy bonito y limpio

Nice stay with a great atmosphere. I had a really good experience here 7 years ago and that was the reason we came back. We love the Ocean view from the room and it’s calmness. However though the price had gone up by 100% since our last stay many things had unfortunately not been maintained such as a broken toiletseat, the grout around the sink and broken table beneath the sink because of too much water. It’s is a pitty especially as it has such atmosphere and potential. Also with its 4 stars this shouldn’t be as such. Still it is a very special place and we would probably come back at a good offer :-)

Store rom, god frokost. Fint område men ikke så mye å tilby i nærområdet.

El personal muy atento y las vistas espectaculares. Muy recomendable para descansar en familia. El bufé del desayuno muy completo.

The best half board meals i ever had in Spain. The whole area is so nice and,if want, the bus is stopping in front of the hotel front door and trip to El Campello takes only few minutes. This was our second thip to this hotel and we will retun next year.

Die anlage ist sehr schön, hat aber keinen direkten zugang zum Meer. Die zimmer sind in mehrere gebäude verteilt. Es hat sehr viele stufen bzw steile steigungen mit pflastersteinen, was mit viel gepäck, kinderwagen, gehbehinderung,...ein problem sein kann. Es ist definitiv nicht rollstuhlgeeignet.

Bellissimo posto, una struttura accogliente, pulita e molto colorata! Personale disponibile e servizi ottimi. La stanza era un mini appartamento con cucinino e un piccolo salotto. Un po' faticosa la salita per arrivare in camera, ma si può chiedere un passaggio col golf cart! Il villaggio è in comune con un piccolo centro abitato, quindi bisogna condividere gli spazi comuni e lasciare ai condomini quelli privati. La colazione a buffet è variegata e di eccellente qualità, lo stesso vale per la cena. Per gli spostamenti fuori dal borgo ci sono navette che fanno diverse soste, ma è meglio arrivare in auto.

I would appreciate if the breakfast opened earlier. 8 am is late I would say. I also think that the breakfast could be improved. There is scrambled eggs but it doesn’t taste that much. The same when it comes to the natural yoghurt. The fried vegetables were over cooked. For my taste the beds are too hard. It is not super hard but still too hard for me. I slept quite bad for three nights and when I asked if they could try to make the bed softer by for exempel put some blankets under the sheet, they told me that did not have any that they could use. So I would recommend that they by some extra mattresses that can be used if a guests wants to have a softer bed. The problem with the bed for me could make me choose another hotel next time I’m visiting, but as a regular visitor in the area, I like the location of the hotel and the charm of the hotel.

Ontbijt en service waren goed. Kamer was slecht.

Camere molto belle e curate nei dettagli. Il “villaggio” dell’hotel è davvero suggestivo e ben organizzato, perfetto per rilassarsi. Colazione ottima, varia e di qualità. Il personale è accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile.
