Muddy pool Intoxicated guest allowed in the breakfast area. Unattended breakfast area while the intoxicated person was wondering between the serving table. Manager came in to help and check in, that’s good but needs to improve that part.

Spacious rooms, but dated and beds not very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price, I expected a bit more of the rooms and the hotel as a whole

Room was spacious for a king suite it was ideal for us. Location is great, cleanless was good. Breakfast wasn’t to bad but lots of the main was running out and could get come like hashbrown and bacon but it had some pretty good potential there. We were very disappointed that the slide wasn’t working, as that was the main reason we booked this hotel. Now we know to call directly ahead of time to confirm those things. The staff experience was very basic overall. Very little was said, and when we did try to ask questions or interact, it didn’t feel successful. There was a lack of professionalism, and it honestly didn’t feel like the staff cared much. Another staff member was handling the snacks and goodies displayed near the entrance, which is a cool idea, but again, there was no greeting or warmth at all. It felt a bit strange and cold. For the price, we feel the hotel could do better. It may be time to consider some renovations and improve the overall customer service experience. The pool was also very cloudy, and let’s just say there were no adults going in. That being said, the kids had a blast, and that is the most important part. It definitely wasn’t the worst hotel experience, but there is room for improvement. Maybe I am a little pickier than some, and to each their own, but overall we left feeling like the hotel could really up its game.

Stay was great! Bed was comfy, ac wad lovely and the shower pressure was amazing!!!! All staff was friendly and sweet, especially the lovely young man who checked us in!

We booked a 2-night stay at this hotel based on recommendations and paid around $550 total, which was significantly more expensive compared to other hotels in the same city. We expected that paying more would come with better quality and a better overall experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The rooms are very outdated and everything felt old and worn out. The AC was not working properly during our first night, which made the stay uncomfortable. When we requested extra blankets, we were told they only had one left. The beds were also very uncomfortable and did not provide a good night's sleep. The breakfast experience was probably the most disappointing and strange hotel breakfast experience we have ever had. Honestly, they should remove "breakfast included" from the package because it is misleading. There were very limited food options, and guests were not allowed to serve themselves. Instead, staff controlled portions and provided very small quantities — for example, only two pieces of bacon, two pieces of sausage, and a small amount of scrambled eggs, To make things even worse, on the second day (a weekend), the food had already run out around 9:40 AM even though breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 AM. When we asked why there was no food left, the staff simply responded that they would be closing soon and started removing whatever food remained around 9:50 AM. That was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this stay was nowhere nea

The room could use a good thorough cleaning. The bedding looked dingy and worn out. I didn’t want to touch the curtains. The bathtub was stained or damaged, not sure as I wore flip flops to shower. The staff were friendly enough but when we were leaving, I said thank you to the front desk person and the response was “no worries”. I wasn’t worried. How about “thanks for staying with us” or “come back soon”? Such a weird response. Anyways, for the money I guess it was fine. Breakfast was included and it was decent.

Older property, given there are newer hotels in the area, would definitely choose differently as the cost was more. Pool is small and I wish it was self serve for their breakfast.

Room was good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, the only thing was and I forgot to tell the manager the air conditioner sounded like there was a piece of paper stuck in it.

The room was fine, although the bed had seen better days. Biggest frustration; grounds staff decided it would be a good idea to begin running a leaf blower right outside my window at 6:30 in the morning to clear gravel from the yard!

There was an out of control sports team there at the same time and the staff did nothing to mitigate the noise or thundering in halls at all hours. Reached out to the GM on email and called with no response. Terrible experience and wouldn't suggest anyone stay here.

Breakfast menu was great; freshly cooked waffle and all breakfast stuff was great. Room was lovely and only complaint was the fridge was really noisy. Our cards were also cut off early at 9am before the check out time and we had to go to reception to have them redone, as did the lady in the same elevator. good value though and would recommend to others.

My room was clean. They allowed my dog. The breakfast was really good. The hot tub wad warm.

Room 418, bathtub drain is disgusting, faucet pin for shower activation is not working properly and wifi signal in that room was so poor, the internet could not be used. Price is good as was the breakfast.
