Hotel is dated, the rugs show its age. Pool was very cold and unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

Pool was freezing cold and hot tub was closed booked this hotel for the pool/waterslide and hot tub then my kids didn’t get to enjoy any of it! Booked 2 rooms on our booking and they put us on completely opposite sides of the hotel. Wouldn’t do anything to even try to get us closer together. Will never book here again.

Noone was there at checkin for at least 15 minutes. I saw my packet on the desk so I took my key and instead of calling my room and checking they booked my room for someone else who tried to come in the room at 2 am and then got all mad in the morning. Not my problem they don't do their job

Website says they have restaurant...they dont. Room ok but walls so thin we could hear conversation in next room. Heating fan very loud all night long Bathtub disgusting.

The rooms are very clean but outdated. They are also not quiet. I can hear others in their room and traffic outside. Pool had so much chlorine that we couldnt stay to swim. We walked in the pool area then out again.

Accomadationd are great !

Debris and garbage on the floors in the hallway. Carpets have multiple snags and runs. Hair in my bathroom and heater in room didn’t work properly. Typical run down 3 star hotel. Not worth $200 a night. Front clerk was dismissive and abrupt upon check in when I asked for a request I made for our rooms to be close upon booking he questioned it and asked to see it. When I told him he was being rude he responded “how” and “keep your false accusations to yourself”.

Desperate need of maintenance to both rooms and common areas

This is a very old, tired looking hotel. I would not stay here again. It needed renovations years ago. Not a pretty, cozy stay. And not cheap at all. They should be charging much less than they are too. Not a great location either. All in all 2 stars out of 5.

We had no hot water our whole stay, toilet didn’t flush all the time, mattresses were awful on the bunk beds. Tub was disgusting, smelled musty and smoky. Asthma kicked in. Overcharged on 2 room by $10000.00 Positive - breakfast was good.

The hotel should be closed and renovated immediately. The whole place stinks like stale dish towels, the rooms are old and poorly lit. No matching light fixtures, old tv’s, old furniture. The couches have covers on them, gross. The rates for this property are out of touch with reality. Very poor property and actually quite disgusting. We did not stay our one night reservation, chose to go home instead of staying and risking getting sick. Shame on you Ramada

Some kids hockey team or group was ripping up and down halls screaming. Dog in room yapping because it was alone. Kids playing hockey in common area where public walks. Kids pulled fire alarm.

Bathroom ceiling was leaking yellowish water. Their solution, but down a towel, and we will give you a replacement towel for it and maybe a discount at checkout and use the public washrooms for the weekend. We left the hotel. Horrible customer service, unmaintained hotel! Do not stay here.

Great place to stay. Loved it.

This place is old and run down. There were unsupervised kids running the halls all night and the fire alarm went kff at 3am bith nights we stayed.

We always enjoy staying at the Ramada, staff are always amazing. The only complaint we had was with the other guests, there was a team of children there that were running up and down the stairs right beside our room and kept us awake both nights

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a busy weekend with multiple tournaments in town and the staff were always willing to listen and resolve concerns. Well done Ramada staff!!

The spacious room has comfortable beds. The pool is warm and fun but the chemicals in the hot tub make your throat and nose uncomfortable. The breakfast staff was great but felt odd that it is not self serve like most other hotels. Would be very slow if hotel had more guests. Can’t see most food so choices for food and drinks seems limited but nice omelette station. Carpets and decor looking worn and dated.
